More mask madness

I arrived to the gym today and the girl at the desk told me that now masks are mandatory.

"I have to wear a mask while I'm working out?" I asked.

"No. You can take it off while you are working out. Just be sure to wear it while walking from place to place." She answered.

I picked up a 5 pound weight and made sure I carried it everywhere so I was always officially working out."

Terrible how little we’re allowed to know about this virus.

We stocked up on some masks with vents so that the CO2 from breathing can be somewhat expelled to make it slightly more bearable to wear in a grocery store and now there is talk of them being outlawed! All along the CDC and others have concluded that masks are not all that effective no matter what kind one uses and at the start it was only recommended for those who HAD the virus in order to protect others. Then it changed to you had to wear a mask to protect others from you and you from others. Rarely do I see anyone who doesn't fiddle with their mask some of the time. They are uncomfortable, make you sweat, interferes with proper breathing and fogs up your glasses.

I just don't buy these polls that claim a majority thinks mask wearing should be made mandatory and come with some kind of penalty for those who refuse. I'll be glad when this madness is over and people can make up their own minds to wear a mask or not. I don't need nor want a nanny state!

The burden of proof would be on you to document an instance of transmission through perspiration, not on me to prove a negation. There is no mechanism to transport coronavirus into sweat glands; this is not Ebola.

I walked into a car repair shop yesterday to drop off my car.

First I was confronted by Chad, a customer who yelled at me to put my mask on.

No thanks I replied. He tried to engage me then walked out muttering about “Americans.” I thought that was kind of funny, since I was in America.

Then, a mechanic spied me through the window and started yelling for the manager.

“SCOTT, SCOTT, WE HAVE A PROBLEM. IT’S A GUY WITHOUT A MASK. SCOTT.”

Scott comes out and tells me to put a mask on. I told him it affects my asthma (which they do)

Then he took care of me and I left to walk home. I half expected a police car to be waiting for me at home since Chad said he was calling 911

The exhalation valve has no filter at all.

You see, the problem you and others are going to run into soon is that as more and more people become infected, get sick, or they have loved one infected and sick or even the worse, the less creditable you all become.

Huh? I'm pretty sure it goes the other way. The large majority of people have been wearing masks, yet positives are going up. That sounds like a better case for masks not being effective, vs the few people not wearing them somehow infecting tons of people wearing masks.

I do not wear a mask. I will not apologize or take any BS about either. I do not have guilt. If you want to wear a mask, or cower at home, feel free. I refuse to live in fear, it’s my choice and mine alone.

It does sound like a case against mask........if your medically uneducated, no experience and get facts from memes. In that case, one could also blame potatoes to fit the narrative of mask are evil.

Now, without any information, or of course knowledge, Herman Cain’s death is being blamed on a ventilator. Like 10 minutes after the news of his death.

Because it’s just the flu dude. Can’t have deaths start to become real.
