A Southern California couple packed up their three-month-old Pug and a picnic lunch and headed to the dog park to enjoy the nice weather. Little did they know that the day would end with a trip to the emergency room and a police report.
Ash OBrien and her husband, Jarrett Kelley, were sitting at a table at the Dusty Rhodes Dog Park in Ocean Beach when a lady flipped out about the pair not wearing a mask and bringing food into the park, which is against the rules. According to O'Brien and Kelley, no one else was at the park and they were practicing social distancing, which they say made wearing masks completely unnecessary. The duo said they were unaware of the no food rule.
If we knew there was a no food policy, we wouldnt have brought it into the park, OBrien told ABC 10.

Charge her with assault.
I used to wonder how hitler got people to kill for him.
Today’s deranged liberals seem like they would be gleefully willing to, if they had tacit government approval.
And we are almost already there- given the two-tiered justice system we seem to have.
Assault and battery = jail
Good for all that it was not me.
Of all tyrannies, a tyranny exercised for the good of its victims may be the most oppressive. ... The robber baron’s cruelty may sometimes sleep, his cupidity may at some point be satiated; but those who torment us for our own good will torment us without end for they do so with the approval of their own conscience.

It is assault and if the person is allergic to the contents, is assault with a deadly weapon and possibly attempted murder.
She had a handicapped plate on her car. She certainly didn’t look handicapped when she was confronting that couple. Maybe the DMV might want to look into whether that plate was fraudulently obtained.
In KY they could have shot her dead in self defense.
I’d say the handicap is mental, not physical.
Reporter says it would be misdemeanor assault charge. In that case a dose of doxxing would do. Then again, most conservative don’t have time to irritate people since they’re too busy working.
Who would eat food inside the dog play area? Yuck. The hounds would hound you for food, there’s urine all over, and probably some feces left by people who don’t clean up after their pets. It’s a play area for the canines, not a picnic spot.
So she is right on the no-food account. She just got a little over-zealous. Maybe she should be on the lines in Portland, Oakland, or NYC.
That woman would become a long term project of mine, if my any of my pets were hurt...which is hard, cuz I know what God says about that.
Given how “law & order” seems to be totally out the window these days, the unprovoked spraying of that crap in someone’s face over nothing should have gotten her a good, old-fashion azz whipping. I don’t care how old she is, she’d have it coming.
If someone attacked me with an unknown spray, I would likely pull out my pistol and shoot them in self-defense.
“Assault and battery = jail”
Sounds like a big no, victims must be Caucasian.
“Kelley was treated at a nearby hospital and the couple filed a misdemeanor battery report with the San Diego Police Department.”
Decent way to get shot here in Texas.
Somebody that bat crap crazy getting into my space and then assaulting me for no reason is clearly a threat to my safety. My state allows me a wide degree of latitude to maintain my “safe space”.
The aggressor will go on to more violence unless she is severely punished IMO.
“The hounds would hound you for food...”
It appears the dogs were better behaved than the fruitcake that maced the picnickers.
Please tell me they caught this woman.
