Police in Seattle declared a riot in that city after peaceful protesters on Saturday were “provoked” by cops into setting fires and throwing explosives, rocks, and bottles that injured 21 officers and sent one policeman to the hospital who was hit in the knee by an explosive device.
A construction site on Capitol Hill was torched and another police precinct was broken into with “explosive damage” done to the walls. Another Starbucks was lit up, and numerous storefronts were vandalized. At least 45 people were arrested. In other words, just another typical, peaceful, tranquil day for the residents of Seattle.
Are there any businesses left in downtown Seattle? If there are, they may want to head for the hills.

The Seattle police chief informs business owners that they are on their own against rioters. The city council has tied her hands. The police do not have the tools to combat mob violence.

That's the way I see it too. And they'll keep voting that kind of scum back in over and over because that's the kind of mentality they have IMO. Once again elections have consequences. People of Oregon enjoy yours.

Not everyone there “Voted for it”. Classic Tyranny of the Majority taking hold, the thing that the United States Constitution is said to protect the Minority from.
Dark days ahead if the Left is rewarded with the Vote from this “new” Majority.
Remember, they were rewarded with the House in 2018 because the Majority swallowed their Lies about POTUS Trump hook, line and sinker. They are still selling that Snake Oil now.
The only thing that has saved us from them was the Electoral College back in 2016, and that was too close for comfort.
The crazy thing is, those same business owners might actually still support the riots.

Richmond, VA is the Portland of the east. Rioters run amuck and consistently destroy property. I stay the hell outta there. Will never return. My sales business has declined because leases are not being renewed.
I have to figure most west coast cops are big libs. The few Ive encountered are so cry me a river when the mob turns on them.
The ordinance forbids use of any LESS lethal tools....

Seattle Police need to leak their jobs, there are penty of good police department in other cites looking for good people.
Time to cut all federal funding to Seattle and the State of Washington. The leadership in the State of Washington has the power to step in and end this. They don’t, let them suffer.
If you are a citizen of Washington State, it might be time to find a new State. If you want to stay you need to start banding together and fight back at all cost.....

I feel the same way about all of these cities who are refusing help from the Feds. Let these cities rot and burn. Maybe this will open a few eyes and people wake up and vote against these idiots in charge of the cities and states in which they reside.
It seems to be okay for the mob to go down-and-dirty, but we can only fight back under Queensbury rules.
Why would another city hire cops that won’t do their job. They stood and watched people get their property looted and burned. There are No orders from management that are legal, ordering them to stand down and watch destruction of property and in some cases and people injured.
Call them what they are, domestic terrorists.
My wife and I have lived in Washington our entire lives. It was not always like this here. All of Eastern Washington minus Spokane, South Western Washington, even Eastern King and Pierce Counties outside the urban areas are still mostly conservative. But we cannot counter the huge influx of largely liberal Californians who have migrated to our large cities. They took over the urban areas in Oregon first. Native Washontonians are a minority in Seattle and most of the Puget Sound region.
I feel sorry for Texas, and other places where liberals are migrating to after destroying the beautiful places that they came from. We have been looking into how to get our butts out of the place where both my wife and I grew up for several years now. Liberal migration has consequences... pray it does not happen where you live.
First, have your head examined.
Just understand that the commies want to run off or destroy the capitalists so they can remake the city.
