All it takes is one horrendous debate performance for Biden to blow up the supposed lead he has over Donald Trump. And given his past remarks, it looks like that’s likely to happen.
Take this nugget here. Apparently, Biden thinks that we cannot get tough on China for sitting on their hands for nearly a week when they knew COVID would become a pandemic because all Asians look alike. Yes, you can’t tell who’s who regarding a Korean or someone from Beijing. Actually, you can—but the remarks come after the infamous 7-11 Indians statement and the cringeworthy lecture he gave to black voters, where Joe said if you don’t vote for him, then you’re not really black. It all boils down that when it comes to race talk, Joe is a disaster. And telling Asians they all look the same is one of the oldest racist tropes out there. He’s lucky that no one watches these remarks live, but on a debate stage, with millions glued to the television, this is bound to happen.

I saw that comment last night! I thought ‘ooo boy, he’s in trouble for that racist remark’ and then I remembered it was Biden and figured the ‘news’ would ignore it.
Double standard on speech and a two tiered justice system.......we MUST win in November. AND BIGLY.

Maybe he said “You Chinese guys better vote for me or you aint got a Chinaman’s chance of being Chinese.” “Vote for anybody else and a half hour later you’ll feel like voting again. Get it? Like chop suey joint food? C’mon. Laugh.”

i do not believe that is racist, this might have something to do with the “other-race effect,” which makes it difficult for us to identify people of other races or ethnic groups that we don’t interact with on a daily basis.
of course, libs will jump on anyone on the right who said what biden said.
personally, let’s take for example Asians, i can tell the difference individually, but will not be able to tell what country they are from. same with whites, I suppose, I assume all whites I see are Americans until I interact with them.
Joe just had a 7-11 moment. No problem.
FWIW, my Japanese daughter-in-law has absolutely no trouble identifying Asians. When we go into a sushi place, the first thing she’ll take one look at the chefs, laugh and say, “They’re not Japanese,” and be amused by the fact that we can’t tell. But ironically Koreans often mistake her for Korean.
Just can’t wait for Joe to start singing “Black is Black” (I want my booty back).
