Tuesday on CNN’s “The Lead,” anchor Jake Tapper criticized Gov. Andrew Cuomo’s (D-NY) poster illustrating the “111 days of hell,” in New York during its peak of coronavirus cases.
The poster included several personal jokes about Cuomo’s family.
Tapper said, “New York’s Democratic governor Andrew Cuomo seems to be on something of a victory tour congratulating the state and himself for defeating the virus. Even selling this poster, which shows his state getting over the mountain by bringing down the curve during the 111 days of hell, as the governor put it.”

Why aren’t they raising holy hell about what Cuomo and the legislature have done?
How exactly did NY defeat the virus? I didn’t know you could defeat a virus.

Cuomo has sent NYS state troopers into NYS airports to threaten out-of-state visitors into compliance with his WuFlu diktats.
That’s victory?!
BTW, NYS nursing homes are still seeing new WuFlu cases.
Confirmed positives are still running around Upstate without penalty while the healthy are threatened with civil and criminal penalties for non-compliance with WuFlu EOs.
People are losing jobs and businesses are going bust because of Cuomo’s continued lockdown.
That’s victory?!

Probably not. And if so,it was just a case. No symptoms. Drama queen. He’d better stay in New Yawk. If he comes into the mountains of the west he will get slapped down.
Neither do I.
I visited Huntingdon, PA last week. People largely weren’t masked and masks were only listed as recommended. I asked the in laws I was visiting why that was the case, and they explained that they hadn’t had a death in around a month.
Deaths are more of an important stat than positive test results.
And of those deaths what are the at risk health issues that they have.
