Judge Emmet Sullivans lawyer asked for a so-called en banc review of the decision of the appeals court, which would involve all active judges on the court to re-hear the case.

Oh, but he has! He berated Flynn early on accusing him in open court of being a traitor to his country. For which he later had to apologize. But his attorneys then didn’t even protest or ask for a change of judges or venue.

Our domestic enemies are desperate to try to convince Trump to pardon Flynn.
To: V_TWIN
Bingo. Obama is behind this. He wants Flynn to keep his mouth shut.

Who is paying this Beth Wilkinson? Is it the taxpayers? I understand the taxpayers paid for the legal fees of that Gleeson fool lawyer who works with Debevoise and Plimpton, probably bills at $ 1000 an hour and was a federal judge. Is this true as well?? Where is the damned Senate Judiciary Committee? Where is its Chairwoman, Lindsay Graham??

Especially since DOJ continues to release documentation on how bogus the whole prosecution was. A judge thinking of taking this up would need to think long and hard about that.

Allegation: the DC Circuit granting of mandamus "threatens the orderly administration of justice." Shouldn't the Appeals Court consider that a slap in their faces? I would...

If the full court declines, can he STILL delay it. When does this sh*t end?
To: GAGOP
Does the full court have to take it up? No, but they will. Guaranteed. Majority-Democrat court.

Not a lawyer, but I did stay at a Holiday Inn. I believe you cannot be pardon until convicted. Stone can be pardoned. A pardon of Flynn would imply he did something wrong. This has to work it’s way through the system, Powell knew this was coming.
