'Not By The Hands of Police Officers:' Atlanta Mayor Rips Activists Responsible for Death of 8-Year-Old

Atlanta Mayor Keisha Lance Bottoms (D) ripped protesters and activists causing violence in her city after Atlanta Police responded to a situation that ended in the death of an 8-year-old girl on Saturday night. The incident took place at the now-burned-down Wendy’s where Rayshard Brooks was killed a few weeks ago.

Eight-year-old Secoriea Turner was in the car with two family members when the driver was met with a group of armed individuals, who eventually opened fire and killed Turner.

“At some point, someone in that group opened fire on the vehicle, striking it multiple times and striking the child who was inside. The driver then drove to Atlanta Medical Center for help,” Atlanta’s WSB-TV reported.

Mayor Bottoms condemned the violence and the senseless death of 8-year-old Turner, which was not at the hands of law enforcement:

She went on to say that nobody is going to take this movement or messaging seriously if they don’t stop the killing their own. They Black lives matters hypocrisy makes it impossible to take BLM seriously, not to mention the Marxist part of the equation.

This crap fizzles out because they are standing in quicksand. Once the emotion subsides, there is no substance left.

Several people had already been shot (not killed) or attacked in their car at this location two weeks ago and she did nothing to shut down this mini no-go zone, even though the people who live in the area were complaining. “Negotiating” with these criminals is absurd. You are the elected mayor, not them - take control.

She’s beyond incompetent. With her being in the running the only explanation is the puppet masters know that, like Biden, she’ll do whatever they say without blinking an eye. She has nothing to offer than blind and enthusiastic obedience.

State court judge, city council, mayor, possible VP, possible President.
