She shouts, “Don’t touch MUH property !” when they tapped her car. They should’ve shouted back at her, “PROPERTY IS THEFT !” This brainwashed bitch is suffering from epic-level cognitive dissonance.
First, she’s undergoing a nervous breakdown. Notice she keeps going to the cellphone...to establish some reassurance (as though it’ll magically come to help her).
Second, as much as she might try to portray herself as some revolutionary or anti-capitalist...the car, the $50 sweatshirt which has been cut-up...she’s firmly attached to capitalism.
Third, ‘fake’ hyper-ventilating. She’s practiced it probably as a kid, and it’s her mechanism to always get her way.
Fourth, this talking to the police-woman...simply trying to find a single person to buy her BS.
Finally, just another product of the college system...giving us people who can’t handle real life, facts, etc.

The funny thing is when you get these morons alone, away from their friends, they fall apart. She went all spastic. They're big and brave in a group, but turn to marshmallow when they're by themselves. Look at the number of cops that it took to deal with this snowflake. It was a total waste of manpower. She got manipulated the situation, got the attention she wanted, and the police catered to her, even though she was the one who instigated it all. Makes me sick.

Additionally, her 'mind' (what there is of it) is the outworking of the poison (America is a cesspit of evil, parents are evil, white people are racists, etc) imprinted upon her in 'schools' and 'academia' What we are experiencing first took place in the Soviet Union, which served as a 'science lab' for application here.
