In a shocking U.S. Supreme Court (SCOTUS) decision, Justice Neil Gorsuch voted with the axis of evilthat is, with Chief Justice John Roberts, and Justices Stephen Breyer, Ruth Bader Ginsburg, Elena Kagan, and Sonia Sotomayor. In Bostock v. Clayton County, Georgia, the axis of evil decided that in Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the word sex includes sexual orientation and gender identityboth subjectively constituted conditions. As a result, the Civil Rights Act of 1964, which prohibits discrimination in employment based on race, color, religion, sex, and national origin, now prohibits employers from firing employees who self-identify as homosexual or as the sex they are not and never can be.

Come on guys. Who cares? Arent you more concerned with the legitimacy of tearing up downtowns as well as monuments. That has more to do with telling us where to go rather than which orifice one prefers stimulated.

I didn’t realize this court ruling was about having an orifice stimulated in private.

I predict it wont be long before the Federal courts are filled with cases that expose the idiocy of applying civil rights protections to people based on SELF-DETERMINED characteristics.
The first major victim here is going to be womens sports which probably isnt such a bad thing, when you see how it has been established over time.

With this decision, the SCOTUS has defacto enacted the ERA(equal rights amendment).

Apparently the SC is fine with cities thumbing their noses at federal law. Im fine with cities doing this, too. If you remember, there was a landmark court case back in the 1990s where it was determined that state governments could not be compelled to help enforce Federal gun laws.

Precisely my point. Since the words are not in the Act that Congress passed, only Congress can add those words to the Act, and if the Judiciary adds the words it is violating the separation of powers.

Shocking SCOTUS Decision Shockingly Written by Gorsuch Not surprised at all. Kennedy made a deal with Trump that he would step down if Trump would nominate Gorsuch. Since Kennedy is the moron that put faggot marriage into America, I had little doubt that his little stooge would vote the way Kennedy liked.

Im fine with the effect of the ruling, but not the way they got there. I'm not fine with it at all. F@ggots belong in mental institutions, including crossdressing f@ggots.
It is absurd that a rational nation puts up with this sort of sh*t. These people are sick. Society needs to acknowledge that they are sick. They should stop being tolerated and indulged.

There is no way in 1964 sexual orientation was the intent of the law. Pure power grab. The system is completely broken and will not be fixed. You have to play the game and put in conservative idealogue judges that will give you the outcomes you desire. Reality doesn't change simply because the highest court issues a decree.

I said it back in 2017, anyone that was educated at Colombia and lives in Boulder Colorado is not a conservative. Never was and never will be.
Along with his BFF Roberts we now have two gays sitting on the Supreme Court.
Maybe the Heritage group can explain why they thought and recommended Gorsuck for the court.

Win the argument with the public and change the law? This isn't a constitutional right that was created, it was an interpretation of a law. Congress could change the text of the law if there was the will to do it. We are crying like liberal babies hoping for the supreme court to save us because we don't have the power, will, or party to make changes in the law. In the United States, most of the political power derives from control of the propaganda. I've been saying for years that we either need to capture or break the existing propaganda system, and until we do this we will never actually win this war.

“Where do we go from here?”
Easy - we all make it clear to our employers that we identify as “gay” (regardless of our actual situations, or what our co-workers know of them). Are they going to ask us to prove it?
In fact, doing so might save our jobs from foreign replacements...

I was wary of Gorsuch since finding out he was an Episcopalian attending a big church in Denver. Never met an "Episcopalian" who wasn't a liberal squish. Traditional conservative Episcopalians refer to themselves as Anglicans, and have formed the
Anglican Church in North America.
