I give you just one of the more glaring examples of this lunacy, the case of Martin Gugino and his treatment at the hands of the Buffalo Police Department.
As has been the case in many cities, Buffalos mostly peaceful protests have been punctuated by violence. On June 1 in that city, two people were shot, stores were looted, and three officers were injured, one of them seriously, when a woman drove a car through a police line. The next day, in response to those incidents, Erie County executive Mark Poloncarz imposed a curfew, effective from 8 p.m. to 5 a.m.
On June 4, protesters were gathered in Niagara Square, a public plaza at the center of Buffalos government district. When they lingered beyond 8 p.m., Deputy Chief Police Commissioner Joseph Gramaglia ordered police to enforce the curfew and clear the area. Officers from the Buffalo Police Department and the New York State Police assembled in a skirmish line and began walking north in front of City Hall.
In a now widely seen video, shot by WFBO radio reporter Mike Desmond, Gugino can be seen walking directly toward the officers and stopping in the path of one of them. Note that Gugino is carrying (alas for him, not wearing) a helmet, suggesting he was a veteran protester and prepared for a confrontation.
Upon further scrutiny, Guginos behavior is even more curious. Note the odd way Gugino holds and manipulates his cellphone as he approaches and makes contact with the officers, pressing it against one and then another.

I wonder if he was trying to pair his phone to the bluetooth mike data, which would give usable info up to roughly 100 feet. But, wouldn’t the mike have to also be in pairing mode for this to be of any use?
It was the Fakest prat fall I have seen since Chevy Chase played Gerald Ford.
They should have detained him to see what he was up to with that phone
By reports from witnesses on the ground, Gugino showed up 20-30 minutes before curfew (8 pm), and just sat around, waiting. The small group assembled was warned multiple times there was curfew.
Then, at 8 pm, when the police began to move, Gugino sprung into action, approaching the cops with his cell phone.
scanner software added to his cell phone?
He is probably an NBA fan and watched all the flops to get a foul
It does seem far fetched. But I have no better explanation. They should examine the phone.
Did he ride there on a motorcycle? If not, he was equipped for combat with that helmet and went there looking for a fight. Found one but wore the helmet on the wrong appendage.
Give him a participation trophy and lock him up for obstruction.
If what he was doing is known to Antifa and friends, its probably known to tech savvy law enforcement.
And, yes, looking at his phone might be in order.
It is a very odd maneuver, a provocation at the very least.
An inch or two from the people he each does it to.
It’s like the kid in the back seat who won’t stay on “his side” inching up to “the line” (especially when rounding turns).
The President has just posted his suspicions of this man!
Check his ID, make sure his real name isn’t Danny Ainge.
for people who dont know what I am talking about..you can see the award winning acting flops here

Theres a cell phone video of a young man engaging Gugino minutes before his fall.
Kudos to this man - he sniffed out that Gugino was there to make trouble. They should make him a lead anchor on the local evening news

Planned World Wide Protests/Riots are not because of any injustice. It’s Antifa, Soros , China Money, Demcrats taking advantage of a triggerring event they have been waiting for or instigated.
Until cops get their batons returned, lawless black thugs will continue to kill themselves while resisting.
While I’d heard about the fall I had never watched it before and was unaware of his camera ploy.
It doesn’t appear that he’s trying to video names/ID numbers on their uniforms.
Bluetooth or other data capture could have been what he is after. Don’t know.
Bill Ayers is 75, there are a lot of people in that age group who’ve done bad things and who have continued to espouse them (9-11-2001 Mr. Ayers said he couldn’t say that he wouldn’t ever bomb anyplace again).
