I have my TV on, and the Best kept secret seems to be that Floyd was on Meth and Fentanyl at the time of his arrest.
Mr. Floyd was attempting to drive on Meth and Fentanyl.
“”””””im not even a lawyer...and even i could destroy this case in an hour.....””””””””””
I’ve seen My Cousin Vinny maybe 20 times so I know a thing or two about the law. Plus I have stayed at a Holiday Inn Express.
I could win the case easily.
its “bath salts”
The report also said his death was homicide.
When you are down on the ground and already handcuffed, why force a knee on the neck for anyone? It wouldnt have been any better for the cop to saw off arms or legs, instead.
Unless he swallowed them quickly before he was caught with them in his pocket.
Agree. It doesnt matter because what the cop did was wrong. Two wrongs dont make it right
Actively on Fentynal (intoxication), meth in the system (had used in the last three days but not intoxication).
Not that any of that matters. Both autopsies came to the conclusion of homicide although through different means. The local ME essentially found reverse blood flow to the heart, the bought and paid for found asphyxiation.
Neither claimed overdose.
Remember Rodney King? The reason the cops appeared to be just standing there is because that is what they are doing - watching a flailing suspect in custody and standing by in case help is needed to subdue them further. King was so high at the time he was stopped he was literally throwing cops off who were trying to arrest him.
Remember George Floyd? Apparently, not. He was handcuffed and unconscious for over two minutes while a cop with 3 cops backing him up continued to exert excessive force on his neck.
There just is no moral equivalence to this episode of cop criminality. Chauvin is going to hang for it and rightly so.
How Many Men Does It Take to Overcome the ‘Superhuman Strength’ of a Perp or Patient Fortified by ‘Bath Salts’?

Yawn....he was a great gentle giant turning his life around one counterfeit 20 at a time...
He was still killed by that cop. That’s undeniable.
While standing.
::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::
And he died. While on the ground with the cops knee on his neck. And even after he was unresponsive the cop still kept his knee on his neck for almost 3 minutes.
True, but had he been a normally healthy man NOT ON DRUGS (fentanyl and Meth!) (not exactly “weed”) would he have died?
Try to restrict your air intake by pressing on the back and then a side if your neck.
You can only be choked by frontal pressure.
You are dreaming if you think this type of government agent assault won’t happen to a Trump supporter at some point given what has happened to Stone, Manafort, Flynn, etc.
Why are you making excuses for this dirty cop and his assault of a unconscious and handcuffed prisoner? As a strong Trump supporter you should be outraged at this assault under color of law. It’s exactly what we’ve been living the past 3 1/2 years under coupist assault.
It is racist not to riot over every other skin color. Strange how this only happens over blacks. If St. Skittles had been white and Hands Up Brown had been Hispanic, no one would have ever heard of them.
So what.
I guess in your world, if the person is on drugs, booze, or isn’t a perfect angel, his life is less worthy than others.
sick...
you take the victim as you find them
eggshell defense
but the cop was using an approved method for subduing a hopped up person resisting arrest
the question will be was the knee on too long
True, but had he been a normally healthy man NOT ON DRUGS (fentanyl and Meth!) (not exactly weed) would he have died?

Anyone would have died if someone keeps their knee on your neck for 3 minutes after you go unresposive.
Maybe the band Pink Floyd will change their name in his honor. :-P
“””””””””FR pegged it before the coroner did.”””””
I wouldn’t say FR pegged it at all.
I have been saying since the beginning that the toxicology results will tell the story. Most of them can’t admit that fentanyl intoxication is a bad thing.
I have received gobs of insults and Freepmails that were unreal. I’d say most of the freepers are still and will always follow the “he was murdered” line putout by the media.
Some of us uneducated deplorables will actually wait for the investigation to be completed and all the facts to be presented before convicting the cops in Freep Court.
