CNN has been covering LA for awhile. Fox News just started. So many cities, so much disruption.
With both the pandemic and the riots happening simultaneously, how the hell will we recover? Just the economic impact alone puts us in as precarious financial straits as I’ve ever seen in my lifetime. What a friggin’ mess.
update by Sky2 LA - cruisers have had their tires slashed so that’s why they can’t move them. One car has both front doors open like it was looted. Another with the hood up. Some grafittied. Better shot now, only one vehicle burning. Fire truck arriving now. Protestors getting a good dose of rancid smoke as they line up against the police line. Just now an unmarked black suv had its back windshield broken out by something thrown.
Can’t tell if anyone has masks on. Somebody should ring a church bell so the mayor can declare the assembly a threat to public health.
Sadly, until all of this is put down, each protest is going to strive to be more outlandish than the prior ones.

The crowd of rioters in the Fairfax area of L.A. nearest the police line were rushing the officers and getting beaten back by police batons. The young men looked mostly white. ANTIFA or anarchist types.
Organized and well prepared. The ‘peaceful’ protest earlier in the park has been taken over by the Soros gang right on cue.
Mayor Yogapants Garcetti is having a press conference now, probably to tell the rioters to behave themselves. A useless politician, but I repeat myself.

Been watching for an hour, easily a dozen or more Cop cars destroyed / graffiti, slashed tires. Two on fire, but in different locations. A reg. Cruiser and one SUV that really dispersed the crowd as the black smoke was blowing their way.
Here in Chi, appearly a police paddy wagon is being spray painted and shook.
