The arrest of William “Roddie” Bryan, the Glynn County man who shot the video of Ahmaud Arbery’s final seconds alive, constitutes a “substantial expansion of criminal liability in Georgia,” his lawyer told reporters Friday.
Kevin Gough, who has maintained his client’s innocence, said there is “no precedent” for Bryan’s prosecution.

The attorney’s claims may be correct but what else would I expect him to say? I always take an attorney’s claims about a client’s case with a huge grain of salt.

It’s against Georgia law to video record the shooting of an individual in self defense IF the shooter is WHITE and the attacker who was shot is BLACK.

The liberal lynch mob has called in actual death threats against the videographer and against the homeowner. And the media and authorities have been silent about investigation and prosecution of the Lynch mob that is making death threats.
The homeowner had no part in the attack at all. He did not call these men to do any of this. But I’m sure he’ll be charged with something eventually, maybe like the people who have a swimming pool and someone hops a fence and someone gets hurt around it

More accurately would be “recording while following”. Chasing a human runner while driving a vehicle would rapidly close the distance...which did not happen here as documented by the video.
Shoot him once and blow his hand off, it’s self defense, maybe.
Blow his hand off and then center punch him a couple more times it’s something else.

That is exactly what's going on. This is all politics, not law.
I don’t care how much of a thug the guy was, it sounds like they were chasing him down in their cars. And that this guy was much more than just an innocent bystander.

The video clearly documents that Arbery was NOT shot after he finally broke off his attack. But don’t let that fact interfere with your thought process.
It has been posted that he tried to cut off the victim,thereby assisting in preventing him from escaping.
By doing so, he became an active participant and very likely lost his claim to be a non-participant in a crime.
As most FR folks know, when a death occurs as a result of a crime, the law considers all participants guilty of murder.
He might get off, but it will be difficult and very expensive, both financially and psychologically.
I don’t believe for one minute that he deserves to get off. There is no logic in believing that he just happened to see something going on and decided to follow them.
That is obvious. Any Defense Attorney that says that the State =acted properly in arresting his client should be dis barred. Never again to work in the law profession. Even as a para legal or copy machine operator. Or says,My Client is guilty as charged. I hope that Judge only sentences him to life imprisonment.
