I don’t care how much of a thug the guy was, it sounds like they were chasing him down in their cars. And that this guy was much more than just an innocent bystander.
“We’re gonna catch the guy who’s been stealing from us, we’re gonna take him in, and we’re gonna record the whole thing.”

It sounds that way because the media has been portraying it that way non stop. They are liars, and they are very badly misrepresenting the situation.
They are pulling the same old "Hands up! Don't shoot!" lie that they pulled before.
As the fellow pointed out earlier in the thread, if the guy in the car was "chasing", he could have caught him quickly. More accurately, he was "following."
