“Recording While White”?
The Liberal Lynch mob grabs another victim.
Vic Reynolds has been in the job a little over a year now and we can be sure the Governor told him to get a handle on this mess (meaning clean up the political heat its giving off).
The attorney’s claims may be correct but what else would I expect him to say? I always take an attorney’s claims about a client’s case with a huge grain of salt.
Because we are reapidly approaching a Venezuela banana republic.
Courts no longer operate on the rule of law but on lynch mob justice, of which this is.
It’s against Georgia law to video record the shooting of an individual in self defense IF the shooter is WHITE and the attacker who was shot is BLACK.
OK, got it.
The head of the GBI disagrees with him.

This should not be tolerated in America, and everyone involved in this needs to get fired.
It has been posted that he tried to cut off the victim,thereby assisting in preventing him from escaping.
By doing so, he became an active participant and very likely lost his claim to be a non-participant in a crime.
As most FR folks know, when a death occurs as a result of a crime, the law considers all participants guilty of murder.
He might get off, but it will be difficult and very expensive, both financially and psychologically.
I don’t believe for one minute that he deserves to get off. There is no logic in believing that he just happened to see something going on and decided to follow them.
Two Thoughts.
1. Crump and the BLM crowd pushed and pushed the GBI to arrest Bryan. They caved in and did as ordered.
2. They are just using Bryan and his arrest as a skeezy incentive to get him to turn states evidence on the McMichaels.
The schumck made the big mistake of getting mixed up with two jackweasels who are even dumber than he is. Lie down with dogs.
Sure there’s precedent. Didn’t you see the last episodes of Seinfeld. They all 4 got arrested recording a crime.
First time for everything.
