It has been posted that he tried to cut off the victim, thereby assisting in preventing him from escaping.

By doing so, he became an active participant and very likely lost his claim to be a non-participant in a crime.

As most FR folks know, when a death occurs as a result of a crime, the law considers all participants guilty of murder.

He might get off, but it will be difficult and very expensive, both financially and psychologically.

I don’t believe for one minute that he deserves to get off. There is no logic in believing that he just happened to see something going on and decided to follow them.

And how does one do that in a car with a man on foot? You think you can cut me off with a car? Not likely.

I don’t believe for one minute that he deserves to get off.

Then you are a twisted individual. None of those men did anything wrong, despite all the media lies to the contrary.

The only person who did something wrong was that piece of sh*t that attacked a man holding a gun.

You need to be plagued with burglars so you can get the right frame of mind regarding them.

It was Gregory McMichael who told police that Bryan had tried to assist them in stopping Arbery during earlier attempts. Gregory McMichael’s statement to the police is why Roddie Bryan has been arrested. If he had only been recording, I doubt they would have arrested him. But he wasn’t just recording; not according to Gregory McMichael.

So if someone has a problem with Bryan being arrested, they need to take it up with Gregory McMichael, who was stupid enough to talk to police about a man’s death without a lawyer.

“Logic” has nothing to do with it. It’s perfectly reasonable to believe that he saw or heard that something was going on and decided to observe and film the incident. Happens countless times every day due to the fact that practically everyone is carrying a smart phone. People are being caught on camera committing crimes everyday!
