A Nebraska man has been arrested by police for allegedly shooting a convicted child sex predator to death after he allegedly saw the convicted pedophile leering at children in the street. James Fairbanks, 43, is accused of killing 64-year-old Mattieo Condoluci inside the latters home earlier this month.

There IS no law in a world where child predators get released. But only in a case where HIS loved one was molested do I support this guy.
I looked it up. In Neb., if he gets convicted of Manslaughter, there is no mandatory minimum. So, 100 hours of community service would fall under the rule of law. Not going to say it's going to happen, just saying it is possible.
We couldn't do anything except officially "ban" him from the mall. If he came back, he could be charged with trespassing.
I wanted to feed him a Mag-Lite, but the boss was right there, so I couldn't.

While I sympathize, that’s just plain first degree murder. He’s going away for a long time, and rightfully so.
Yes, being a vigilante instead of calling the police, stalking and shooting a guy isnt right in this case - or another case I can think of.
The man confessed, in detail, to purposeful, deliberate, premeditated murder. That’s first degree murder in Nebraska and every other jurisdiction. That’s punishable by life without parole or death in Nebraska.
