Barr needs to tell Sullivan, in no uncertain terms, that the DOJ does NOT work for that branch of the government and cannot be compelled by the judiciary to prosecute someone.
Sullivan is trying to step on some toes here and I hope he gets slapped...

Note: It’s not like the prosecution quit and the judge is appointing someone to respond to a motion of the defendant. The judge here is appointing someone to argue against a motion the prosecutor filed and which is not opposed by any party to the case. The judge has decided to act as both judge and prosecutor. I can tell you which side always wins when that happens.

The Courts wish to take such a dishonorable action as descending from the perch of blind justice to the pit of political mud slinging.
This brings dishonor on the entire Judicial branch of the United States.
Such disrepute as to cause them to loose their moral authority and paint a target on judges coast to coast as being nothing but foot solders for the political parties.

Sidney Powell should file a motion for this judge to kiss their ass and walk out and never appear before him again. The judge will then need to issue a bench warrant but Barr should notify the judge that the DOJ will not carry out any demands issued by the judge to arrest Flynn for contempt by ignoring this judge’s orders.

The Judge cannot act as both the prosecution and the Judge, which is what this idiot is doing. He cannot act as executive and judiciary in and of himself. THIS IDIOT JUDGE DOES NOT UNDERSTAND THAT CONSTITUTION HE IS VIOLATING!!!!
