This clearly exceeds the role of the Judge as impartial referee; the Judge is clearly partisan and has taken sides. This needs to go to the Court of Appeals for removal and for sanctions on the judge.

The judge in Flynn’s case just appointed a retired judge appointed by Bill Clinton to argue *against* dismissing the corrupt case against Flynn. Note that the motion to dismiss the case is unopposed by all parties to the case.
Emmet G. Sullivan is as corrupt as Comey’s FBI.

Wait for the emergency appeal to the DC Court of Appeals. That should shut down Sullivan’s moves. If not, emergency appeal to SCOTUS.
