Whenever we in America look at other 3rd world countries and belittle their justice system and how the country is being run, it’s harder and harder to judge how other countries operate when we are running a 3rd world country in many ways.....
We have blatant crimes going on where people get rewarded and we have innocent people looking at jail time who were trapped by government law enforcement.
We have a large segment of our country ridiculing people for wanting to go back to work...who are also demanding the people who are wanting to go back to work bail out their bankrupt policies....
We have a coup attempted the President and half the country roots it on....
We are morphing into a 3rd world banana republic right before out eyes...

In the early days of both the Clinton admin and Fox News, Britt was sort of the Tucker Carlson if the day. Then the outspoken critic of the Clinton regime’s son was killed in a ‘tragic accident’.
After that he only spoke rarely of the Clintons and then only moderately critical of things Clinton. He learned his lesson and has not changed since. Just as you say - popping up here and there only to fade away again.
Notice the interview ended when Hume brought up WuFlu.

I think Brit was rather reserved. Did you know the CIA spied on him when he was a young journalist? I would think he would have great empathy for Flynn and be a little more animated.
The very few remaining legitimate journalists should be up in arms like Brit as the Leftist kids today pretending to be news reporters are sullying the once decent reputation for the profession.
I really think they need to self police, as we ask many citizen “groups” to do and stop being quiet. Good for Brit, keep it up.
Brit Hume is essentially retired. He’s Biden’s age for Pete’s sake. He’s not on TV every week. And if he had been talking up Trump all this time, nobody would care about his opinion now. It would just be the same thing he always says. His opinion counts more than it would if he’d a Trump booster all the time.
