Piecing together the ‘phony’ case against Michael Flynn

The best way to understand the dismissal of the phony prosecution case against Gen. Michael Flynn and the release of secret congressional testimonies is to imagine a giant jigsaw puzzle. We know the final picture will show a broad conspiracy by law enforcement and intelligence agencies under Barack Obama to undermine Donald Trump’s campaign and help Hillary Clinton win the 2016 election.

When that failed, many of those same people turned their efforts to sabotaging Trump’s presidency. Some are still at it.

That’s the big picture, and last week two more significant pieces of the puzzle fell into place.

1. Seth Rich of the DNC emailed WikiLeaks hundreds of times.
2. WikiLeaks revealed the emails that showed the DNC and the Clintons et Al to be traitors to this nation.
3. Clinton Cash reveals Hillary and their CGI was corrupt on so many levels that you can’t even keep count.
4. Hillary used a private email server to house classified information, and even had her “help” print copies of said classified materials.
5. Seth Rich was murdered.
6. Hillary lost the election at least partly due to all the proof of criminal activity released by WikiLeaks.
7. FBI Director Comey played being the US attorney or AG and usurped his position as lead investigator. In other words, he colluded with the Clintons.
8. Bill Clinton met with Loretta Lynch on a jet, with no other FBI agents allowed in.
9. Hillary lost the election because voters are not stupid bitter clingers or deplorables.
10. Podesta’s brother has known ties to Satanic-rituals, whilst Clinton visited pedophile island on numerous occasions.
11. Trump won the election fair and square. There’s nothing showing that any supposed Russian “collusion” effected how people voted. Even if the Russians were involved in leaking information to WikiLeaks—though even Assange has said that the Russians were not involved—who cares? It’s not about who leaked the info, it’s about what the info told the American people.
12. The Deep State was perpetrating a coup d’etat against the American People and their President, Donald J. Trump. This is called TREASON, and is punishable by death. (Just stating the facts. No threats are being made.)

If I understand correctly, senior GOP Congressmen were present at this testimony?

Why did they do nothing to get this information to the voters before the 2018 midterm?

Am I supposed to believe that Trump is hearing this testimony for the first time? Why did Trump do nothing?

The author praises AG Barr.

Why?

Barr has blocked hundreds of document requests, and dozens of Freedom of Information Act lawsuits by Conservative columnists and Conservative organizations.

And Trump does nothing to stop him.

Trump could release every last page of exculpatory evidence that involves him and the various other people who have been indicted.

And still, Trump does nothing.

There isn’t enough space in the paper to lay it all out. I’ll be sure to check out Dan’s latest. His investigator-analytical analysis of what has been far ahead of everyone. What this article wrote, Dan laid this out over a week ago.

The picture of obozo in the article, on his way to the inauguration, waving to his media pals w/ POTUS-elect 2 steps behind him says it all. (Wonder if this is protocol or obozo snubbing Trump). obozo does not look happy, he looks very concerned. Wonder if he talked to Rice that morning about writing an email to herself. The light finally is being going right into his office - this thing is unraveling.

The article gives credit to Barr, but others deserve credit. Sydney Powell deserves great credit in representing Flynn and was able to convince the court that materials exonerating her client were being hidden. The judge did not shut that down, but let it happen. Her actions are significant for the unraveling.

Mueller was always a disgrace to me, confirmed by his limited Congressional appearance to discuss his report. What always bothered me was what he did when Trump was in Europe for a conference or something, scheduled to meet Putin. On the day before the meeting, Mueller indicted a bunch of Russians for election interference. The demonkraps and their US media demanded that POTUS cancel the Putin meeting. The reality is that the demonkraps through Mueller and their media deliberately attempted to interfere/obstruct the POTUS’ in his official duties (foreign policy) in order to give legitimacy to their lies about Trump and Russia. The lies were the pretext to cover up their pre-election crimes and part of their effort disable or bring down Trump. May I see some justice be brought on earth for these people.

As President Trump has said,”They are gonna pay!”

The perpetrators, including Obama,. now find themselves in extreme jeopardy, so Obama is now spreading disinformation. here is what Obama so wrongly organized for Flynn :

1) A crime with no predicate.
2) falsification of FBI forms 302
3) FBI investigator notes which indicate political motivation
4) Meetings at the highest level in which Rice revealed in her memos what strategy was to be followed in framing Flynn, Obama,Biden, Comey, Rice, Clapper and Brennan were present at a series of such meetings.

Obama now taking to the media posturing himself to limit his exposure to liability, ( He will pay big time)

Add this up and it is but one result: Malicious Prosecution#

Because it involved organizational crime and racketeering, the extraordinary remedies available from a RICO offense are obvious.

And the various perpetrators of this crime , include a law firm which acted in conflict of interest ( Flynn’s original legal team that advised him to plead guilty), FBI Agent Strzok, Comey, McCabe,Yates, Rice, Brennan, Clapper and Obama himself. All of the perpetrators exceeded their governmental authorities of office so that the legal jeopardy is personal for these perpetrators, the government nor the taxpayers are liable for these millions of dollars in damages. All of the perpetrators are personally liable in the millions of dollars. (Not to mention the federal crimes of sedition, treason and espionage, and the likely disbarment of several attorneys involved in Flynn’s original defense team.)

I expect that letters pleading settlement have already been received by Flynn’s legal counsel. For the benefit of America, I hope General Flynn proceeds to a public civil trial in a malicious prosecution suit for damages.Let them all lose their homes and livelihoods in return, for that is indeed what Justice demands.
