Where are the indictments?
Tom? #12?
The Flynn case should have been tossed long ago for several reasons.
This should stick a fork in it once and for all. This was a malicious prosecution and that demands dismissal for failure to disclose Brady or exculpatory material.
by Gerry Spence
Renowned trial lawyer Gerry Spence takes an in-depth look at the American justice system and reveals a terrible truth: If you dont have power or money, then you likely wont receive justice either. The wealthy buy their way out of trouble, while the poor are punished. In an effort to combat this corruption, the author devises a number of reforms, tackling issues in every area of the system from law school to the courtroom.
The 80% of honest cops, lawyers, judges, prosecutors will not rat out the corrupt 20%..
Plus if they hate you ...they will get you with he lied to the FBI
McCabe said “First we F Flynn, then we F Trump.”
Time to turn the tables.
it explains why he moved to Tampa Bay...
But Hannitus Interruptus says 99% are good honest cops.
Government agents should do hard time for this, just like they wanted Michael Flynn to do.
We now know that the real crooks are the FBI which needs to be change to FIB USA.
Great. Now they’re dredging up jim & sarah brady.
It probably would have been tossed a long time ago were it not for one simple problem: The first time the Flynn case saw the inside of a courtroom was the day he showed up and PLEADED GUILTY.
Add this to the RICO case that Durham is (supposed to be) building.
When the charges are finally dropped against him he should immediately sue everyone from Comey to Rosenstine to Mueller and recoup the thousands of dollars he’s lost over this plus punitive damages from each of them.
Like my old Law teacher once said, after seeing yet another news report about a lawyer arrested for corruption,
“why do 95% of lawyers have to go ruin it for the rest of us honest guys?”
I wasnt criticizing him, dude. I simply explained why the case was never dismissed. Any lawyer here on FR can explain how hard it is to get a case dismissed after the defendant has stood in front of the judge MULTIPLE TIMES and sworn UNDER OATH that hes guilty as charged.
I hope she's right, but Judge Emmet Sullivan's take on this "Brady evidence" is not a guaranteed layup, based on his past rulings in this case.
What “good” agents. Is this a first? Has even one “good” agent come forward on ANY of the corruption that’s been perpetrated by the FBI since 2015?
So what does that make the 80%? They are completely spineless pieces of schiff.
