The first time the Flynn case saw the inside of a courtroom was the day he showed up and PLEADED GUILTY.
Do you give any consideration that they were threatening to put his son in jail if he didn't? What would somebody as high and mighty as you do?

I wasnt criticizing him, dude. I simply explained why the case was never dismissed. Any lawyer here on FR can explain how hard it is to get a case dismissed after the defendant has stood in front of the judge MULTIPLE TIMES and sworn UNDER OATH that hes guilty as charged.
