The easiest scenario for the DNC in that case would have been to keep 3-4 candidates in the race and rig the primaries to get a brokered convention. But the DNC did the exact opposite of that by getting everyone else to drop out. It makes no sense for them to do all this if their ultimate goal is to dump Biden.

from the article:

“Biden’s real problem is that the Democrats would run Lucifer if they thought he was the candidate most likely to win.”

Yeah, except they tried that last time.

THAT WAS NOT LUCIFER it was LUCIFERS SISTER.

They didn’t rescue it. It’s on life support long enough to get Hildabeast on the ticket as VP. Once her position is secure the will get rid of him one way or another.

I’ve been saying that since Dec 2016. Clinton steals it at the convention, book it. I didn’t forsee Cuomo rising but that now makes sense as a VP candidacy. It would make an interesting election where Trump, Cuomo, and Clinton are all New Yorkers and only Pence isn’t.

The only way to replace Sloppy Joe is for him to drop out of the race voluntarily. They will use his wife or kids to convince him to leave the race due to “health issues”. The tricky part is deciding who replaces him. There will be great pressure to choose a woman especially if Hellary wants a second run at Trump. Moochelle or Oprah are not interested and there are no other viable women candidates. Cuomo has said he is not interested in running but may change his mind. IMO he would easier to beat than Hellary.

I also think there will be a brokerd Demoncrap Convention. What Bernie has done almost guarantees it. With the gang of four and Berni , the convention will turn into a raucous, unpredictable event.

Its anyone’s guess who will be nominated as the Demoncrap candidate. It will not be Biden because he will not have enough delegates to win the first vote.

I expect Cuomo, Kamala Harris, John Kerry, and several others to be in the mix.The public posturing , back room finagling, and extortion are now in full play within the Demoncrap Party, as the various dark horses vie for position on that 2nd ballot at the convention.

Cheer up. The ticket could be Oprah and Michelle. Or maybe Gavin Newsome and Carmen Electra!

Biden was the least mentally fit of the democrats. As he deteriorates, the willingness to jettison him for a replacement will build. By the convention, nobody but the Biden family members will object to getting a more competent nominee.

Indeed, the Dems will have a real problem financing a Cuomo campaign if he replaces Biden. Financing a Cuomo campaign will have to start over the process. No money that Biden received will go to Cuomo. The severe economy caused by the virus will impact the donations to a Cuomo campaign that late in the game. Donors will see it as a lost cause—too little, too late. A solid war chest takes months to create.

This year will affect the ground game. No knocking on doors because of social distancing; even after the scourge begins to taper off. After months of quarantine behavior, people are not going to risk answering the door to someone who might carry the virus.` That means tons of direct mail, TV and radio ads. The expense of such a campaign will go through the roof. And the cash-strapped Dems will not be able to rise to the challenge.

It could only be brokered if Biden didn't get enough delegates to win...

It will be brokered, even with Biden having sufficient delegates, because he will be forced to step aside. All it takes is for the media cabal to hark on a gaffe or dementia lapse, they can pick one from the many that occur each and every day. And, voila... new candidate "steps" in [it].

Clinton would move anywhere to be President. And Bill would move back in too.

Democrats Likely to Dump Biden

For whom?

The Dem electorate is too stupid to think things through.

I'm sure the party elite have something up their sleeves.

They're always scheming something or another. What will they spring on us this time?

Not going to happen.

Sanders may have a strong base, but it's not big enough to carry him as a candidate.

From what I saw in the early primaries, Sanders was getting roughly the same number of voters in 2020 that he had in 2016. But he wasn't winning the primaries this year because the "other than Sanders" candidates were collectively getting far more votes in 2020 than Hillary Clinton got in 2016.

This post would have made sense in January, but it makes no sense today. With all the other candidates dropping out of the race there's no way a "non-candidate who is still gather delegates" Bernie Sanders can win enough delegates to prevent Biden from getting an outright majority.

“This is a sad state of affairs. He clearly isn’t all there, he is a congenital liar, he is corrupt, he is on film putting his hands all over women and little girls, he has been accused of sexual assault.”

You don’t think that describes every democrat politician?

They have no one better than Biden. This describes the best of them. Until now, the media plus the voting everyone-owes-me s and the sick in the head post-abortives along with the corrupt GOP together have been enough for the DNC to be able to run anyone they chose.

It’s not a two party system. It’s the Dems with their GOP enablers, and no one. We the people have been forgotten. Used. We went with a candidate smart enough to realize that.

None of their candidates are worthy of anything near the presidency.

People should watch the entire video of when Bernie announced he was suspending his campaign. He was talking in detail that he is going to continue to lobby and collect delegates all the way to the convention. He sounded rather defiant - don't know whether the dude is just talking crap or he has a real plan at work. He didn't sound like he was done just yet. Time will tell I guess.
