While President Trump closed the US border against entry from China at the end of January, his overall instinct was right. The CCP virus was nasty, but no worse than a supercharged flu.

Health professionals overwhelmed Trump and his inner circle with doomsday scenarios, bullied by panic obsessed virologists and epidemiologists -- begging for attention and copying the alarmist playbook from the climate/global warming extremists, allied with the MSM Trump-haters.

And now the government has completely suffocated economic demand, creating a depression, an unnecessary calamity that is destroying lives, livelihoods, families, and fortunes for a generation. It is becoming apparent that the end-of-the-world predictions, computer models warning of an apocalyptic black plague worldwide, are all wrong.

Those paying attention were warned that the worse-case scenarios were hysterical, by the likes of Stanford epidemiologist John P.A. Ioannidis.

In dramatic fashion UK Imperial College scientist Neil Ferguson published a doomsday scenario on March 16. Now just ten days later, he has reversed his outlook, essentially settling on a prediction no worse than a bad flu season.

Most telling, the two US public health icons, Drs Fauci and Birx, are both saying the extreme models that provoked extreme measures, bear little resemblance to the actual data on the ground. From the New England Journal of Medicine March 26 co-authored by Fauci :

Even as far back as the middle ages,and even before that in the 14th century people fled the congested cities like London to get away from the various plagues (bubonic plague etc) that came up.
Why on earth would Neil Ferguson make the assumption that people will act any different this time?

stunning, really...so many have sold their souls to the devil all under the pretense of fake fear of death. The Bible says we don’t fight against flesh and blood but against powers and spirits and darkness. Totally agree. I could say I wish he would have stood his ground but honestly, I’m not sure anyone could have withstood the deluge that came at him. They (the ones controlled by the evil one) poured it all out with this to destroy him, our country and us. They may succeed in the material destruction but they can’t take away our faith in God.

If Trump is as smart and capable as I think he is he will TURN this situation in his favor, which he's already began to do, and ride it to victory.

Trump has closed the borders in the name a National Health Emergency but without actually declaring one.

The wall continues to be built without delays, and now also without the invading caravans (CBP says are already ~90% down from this same time last year.)

As a matter of exercising Executive authority Trump can choose at his leisure to re-open traffic -- possibly with UK first followed eventually by EU, then places like Mexico last.

And then re-open China but only with extreme restrictions thereafter - as in, anyone arriving from the PRC has to be quarantined for 14-days - can do an especially in-depth background check at the same time, and ultimately refuse entry where CCP ties are identified.

Outcome: possibly fewer and/or less effective CCP spies and IP thieves. Chokes human transit/interaction while we continue with draconian tariffs on China -- which allows a draining internal power struggle to commence that eventually breaks their back -- especially when the US informs China that our $1.5T debt to them is erased as a consequence of this failed bio-terror attack.

Child trafficking and particularly opioid drug trafficking has already suffered significant constraint due to the border control enhancements.

Just a few examples of the current crisis that Trump will not allow to go to waste. There are others.

There are silver linings in these things.

Again, that statistic is irrelevant. The actual death rate is # confirmed deaths / (# confirmed cases + mild cases not tested + assymptomatic cases not tested). WE DONT KNOW THE LAST TWO! Once we have antibody study we can find out though! But all of the latest models suggest the last two are 20 to 100 times the size of the first one.

Not knowing what it is like “on the ground” in the states I want to give you my prospective living in Germany.

The media here is, if anything, even more hostile toward President Trump (and American in general) than the MSM. And like the MSM they will use any and all possible news to sell papers, get views or clicks. If they can bash America in the process all the better.

Over the years I have seen the traditional MSM pull this game but Germans seem to be divided into three camps (much like in the US). Those that will latch onto anything that pulls down Trump and America, those that believe American is a friend (but generally remain silent) and the vast majority that just want to get on with life.

The big “wild-card” this time around is “social-media”. I have watched in ‘real time’ the panic spread through our community. As someone wrote elsewhere ‘if it was on Facebook it must be true’!

So IMHO we have taken what is another version of the seasonal flu and turned it into a “Jewish bra” (ask me if you don't understand). For many it is panic and rational thought or attempts to discuss the facts are completely lost.

And for what? In the last ten or so days a total of under 400 deaths. Now if you realize that in 2015 Germany had an average annual death count of a bit over 925,000 or 2,500 PER DAY somehow this all gets lost in the clutter.

Sorry to rant, but, I am almost done. . . Always looking for a silver lining in any dark cloud I see the following positive outcomes when this blows over and folks realize they have been stampeded for political purposes.

- Kids will be excited about going to school
- Parents will appreciate their jobs outside the home
- Spouses that have chosen to give up a career to care for the home and children will receive the respect they have always deserved from society.
- Many will recognize “Climate Change / Global Warming / Nuclear Winter” for the agenda it is and this hoax will be understood for what it is.
- And, in 9 months there will be a baby boom. In 2033 we will see this reflected when we see the rise of the QUARANTEENS!

Many of us on these pages have publicly and politely expressed dissatisfaction with Trump's recent remark about Rep Massie. But then most of us understand Trump is presently carrying 24/7/30, two or three times the load a president usually carries; i.e., a load very few men could handle.

We should thank our creator Trump is a practiced street-fighter, otherwise by now the crushing horde of anti-MAGA's would have trampled him and us.
