He should have taken himself out in 92’. Not ready for prime time and the MSM got him just like they did Sarah. At least he went down fighting.
Media treated him despicably.
A question no one cares to know the answer to. No relevance to anything happening today. No offense to the man. It’s simply a totally meaningless and irrelevant question.
Who the hell cares? I hope he is well. Other than that, meh.

He’s still too busy trying to figure out how to spell potatoe to do interviews- so noone has seen him
j/k dan was a cool dude
Dan Quayle was treated like something lower than dirt by the media.
Yes, the media were unfair to him.
Still, thoughts like he expressed to Cal Thomas
Mr. Quayle says he does miss the politics, running the country, being in the Senate
make clear that current and former Swamp Creatures, even decent and well-intentioned ones, think they run the country.
That's not the way it works.
He got the Potatoevirus.

The article calls his employer, Cerrebus Capital an investment fund. The company is actually one of the largest private equity companies in the US. Dan Quayle has accumulated a personal fortune stripping US companies of their assets and sending American jobs overseas. Just like Mitt Romney. Dan is a globalist power broker, not a modest midwestern former politician.
“The New Republic dubbed William Kristol ‘Dan Quayle’s brain’ when he was appointed the vice president’s chief of staff. “
Ben Quayle, Dan’s son, lost a bid for the Arizona Congress back in 2012. I haven’t heard from Ben since then.
Cal Thomas, writer of this article, used to be a member of 4th Presbyterian Church, when he lived in the DC area. Quayle attended 4th Pres, when he was VP.
4th Presbyterian is a conservative evangelical church, part of the Evangelical Presbyterian Church denomination, and the church I grew up in. I know Cal by sight, and used to greet him at church. He’d often bring his friend, liberal Bob Beckel (used to be on Fox, before they kicked him off....). Beckel became a Christian because of Cal Thomas reaching out to him. One policy Cal always had though, he adamantly refused to discuss politics at Church!
I believe Cal Thomas is retired in Florida now.
His political guru was Bill Kristol.
