Top Republican: 'There won’t be a report' from John Durham
Rep. Doug Collins, the ranking member of the House Judiciary Committee, told Fox News last week what he believes will come out of the secretive inquiry, often called the "investigation into the investigators."
“This is not going to be a Mueller report; there won’t be a report,” the Georgia Republican said, referring to former special counsel Robert Mueller's 448-page report.
Collins said he believes the public will hear about the progress Durham has made when there is an indictment.
“When he’s ready to charge people, he’ll charge people," Collins said. “And that’s when we’ll know.”

Congress failed to do their duty under the 20th Amendment.
Obama is not qualified and they had nothing to verify at that time.
He did not release the .jpeg that he purported to be a birth certificate until much later, as a result of pressure from citizen Donald Trump.
No document was examined at all, ever.
That does not make Obama a natural born citizen and eligible.
It make Congress incompetent or complicit.
I’ve seen some of the pollyannas around here trying to claim that Durham has a grand jury empaneled in Connecticut, though they didn’t seem to understand that a GJ in Connecticut would be useless in indicting people for crimes in Washington DC.
... and if they are tasked with investigating Democrats, then apparently they don’t issue indictments either.

I have definitely seen a pattern of growing investigation/enforcement against communist Chinese espionage and technology theft. The FBI Director testified to the effect that their related caseload, and the amount of resources now dedicated to it, are the highest ever.
To me, that indicates priority has been given from the top.
National Command Authority (Presidential) guidance (like the National Security Strategy) has re-prioritized defending against ChiCom infiltration/aggression, ever since President Trump took office, Government-wide.
Such guidance is slowly but deliberately digested by the bureaucracy, translated into policy, programs, budgets, organization and staffing. Task Forces and investigations get started, and work through their processes. Some fruits might be seen in months, but others not bear until many years later.
We have seen the other Departments of the Government, like Commerce and Defense, also tightening up on ChiCom ownership or purchases in the US technology sector, through CFIUS and trade negotiations.
I have not seen such strong indicators of crackdown on ChiCom attempts (successes) in corrupting American politicians though - but that is the Chinese communists characteristic mode of operating, all around the world.
Corrupting local politicians is virtually the core of Chinese foreign policy. It is their signature, and they are by far the single biggest player on Earth today, for corrupting politicians. It is inconceivable, that they would not have dedicated a huge effort at their self-declared main enemy, the USA.
Existing foreign agents should be rooted out of positions of authority, and they should be punished adequately, to deter others.

Its not FLE that is the problem as you say. Its the DOJ full of Obama appointees who have dirt or scam on every GOP appointed lawyer at DOJ. McCabe threatened to take a lot of Barr’s collegial friends down if indicted, and McCabe got off.
DOJ is the problem. I don’t see any changes there unless they put Rudy Giuliani in charge, a very unpopular appointment for good reason. Rudy wouldn’t blink. Rudy wouldn’t give a single crap whether GOP lawyers had to be take down with the dirty Obama appointees.
The only person who WILL clean D.C. up will be the President, but he will need a second term. And dammit, men like you and I are going to make sure he gets it.

Blah blah blah.... will be, it’s coming, trust us, yada yada yada... The election is a mere 8 months away. If things do not go well on NOV 3, then EVERY investigation into the Democrat corruption machine ends overnight, and all current charges will be dismissed. Sentencing needs to be COMPLETE before November, 2020... which means they have to be charged TODAY to even have a chance of that happening.
