LAS VEGAS After Bernie Sanders cemented his standing as the undisputed frontrunner in the Democratic presidential primary with a resounding win in the Nevada caucuses Saturday, his rivals for the nomination were left to explain to their supporters how they could stop him.
Incomplete results showed Sanders with a better than two-to-one margin over Joe Biden, with Pete Buttigieg close behind in third place, followed by Elizabeth Warren and Amy Klobuchar.
You all did it for me! Biden told approximately 300 of his supporters at his caucus-night party at the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers union hall in Las Vegas. Now were going to go on to South Carolina.
Joined onstage with his wife, Jill, Biden said Saturdays second-place finish would catapult him back into contention after disappointing finishes in Iowa and New Hampshire.
The press is ready to declare people dead quickly, but were going to come back and were going to win, Biden said, adding that his campaign was now in a position to do just that.
Yet Biden also seemed to acknowledge that the task ahead wouldnt be easy. Were in a spot now where we just have to keep moving.
Shortly before the caucuses began on Saturday, Elizabeth Warren surprised her volunteers at Coronado High School in suburban Henderson with two boxes of Dunkin Donuts, a favorite from her home state of Massachusetts.
This is my first election! one supporter told Warren as an impromptu selfie line began to form.

Is he thanking them or yelling at them?
It is literally a parasitic takeover of a host! Dark biology made live politics.
Totally amazing!!!!
Biden is a guy who never admits defeat. Jeb Bush was a guy like that...
Jeez, Gropin’ Joe just got his ass removed, and he thinks he’s at his inauguration party. *chuckle*
Why be happy there are so many communists in America?
We demand equality of the outcome. Tee hee hee
Lets finish this once and for all this time.
Waiting for him to pull a Chris Dodd and say that his low polling numbers show great potential for improvement.
Despite what the press said this week, were alive, were coming back, and were gonna win! pic.twitter.com/qcwiLvJ43x— Joe Biden (Text Join to 30330) (@JoeBiden) February 23, 2020
Has Biden ever won a primary or caucus?
Sandwrs is their best candidate !
I am not happy that there are so many communists in America. My post specifically stated I was happy the Democratic Party was in the process of destroying itself (which makes me VERY happy if I may reiterate).
. I am also happy because:
1. The Democrats have enabled a radicalized element to come in that will make it impossible for then to win the upcoming election (that is good for America)
2. The Democrats will not have a chance to win the Senate (that is good for America)
3. The Democrats may even lose the House (again, good for America)
4. The Democrat party even risks being torn into two powerful camps, which means as a holistic unit it will not be as effective (which is good for America since they become weaker)
5. And finally - lets say by some miracle Sanders wins, even if that was to happen he would be a Corbyn-like disaster! His policies are impossible to effect, and he would so disenchant his base (mostly wet behind the ears young people who think their college tuition will be forgiven etc) that EVEN a Sanders win would be bad for the Democratic Party
So, yes. I am happy to see the destruction of the Democratic Party through a parasitic takeover. I may not be happy there are so many communists in America, but I am happy that of ALL the things they could have done they chose the ONE approach that was guaranteed to bring them disaster.
We are witnessing political history in the making. The malevolent destruction of a political party!
I'm thinking the same thing. The demographics of the youthful commies shows they will be around for a long time. Also, their ranks will swell during the next recession when the promises of unbounded free shit become even more attractive to the ignorant masses.
yes-And Since 1952, (other than 1968 when LJB withdrew after Iowa and New Hampshire), I don’t see a nominee of either party who didnt come in at least 1st or 2nd in either Iowa or New Hampshire. And there is a legacy of whover came in 2nd last nominating cycle to get it now-e.g. Hillary Clinton, McCain cuz organizations in place so that would be Sanders
e.g. Reagan came in 2nd to Bush in 1980 in Iowa but won New Hampshire . In Iowa, 1992 with an Iowa Dem Senator running, and sex scandals breaking Bill Clinton finished 3rd or 4th if you count uncommitted, but finished 2nd in New Hampshire. McCain came in a close 4th in Iowa in 2008 and won New Hampshire , these are the poorest finishers I have found and note they each came in either 1st or 2nd in one of the two. So if this holds its probably Sanders.
Blomberg introduces something new and that is $1 billion but after his bad debate performance it will cost him another $400 million. Biden might defy history because the country has higher % people of color in other states but I dont think so.
We probably want them to hang in there as long as they can so they use up their $s and attack each other and not Trump
Never lost a general election, never won a primary.
“followed by Elizabeth Warren and Amy Klobuchar”
yeah, right ... with 27% of precincts reporting, Liz has only 8.8% and Amy has only 3.3% (oh and steyer is between them at 3.5%), plus Pete has only 14.4% ...
IF those trends continue NONE of the candidates except Bernie and Biden will win ANY nevada delegates at all because none except bernie and biden will meet the 15% threshold ...
There are commies, old men and fools. Occasionally you get all three. But not all young commies are fools. They will become our greatest allies.
What a shame that Biden is second. I hope Mayor Pete can find enough votes to beat him, and finish second.
I keep reading about the Ukraine & China scandals, but the MSM Is ignoring it.
