Wow! They’re coming apart at the seams, and it ain’t even Super Tuesday yet.
Current conditions necessary are that no single candidate gets 50% + 1 on the first ballot. If the DNC decides to change the rules, the super-delegates will vote on the first ballot as they used to. That’s a 15% swing. If the thing looks close for Bernie on the first ballot, watch for a rule change (and a rather spectacular riot afterward).

The DNC will assure that the remaining candidates will all stay in the race in order to block anyone (Bernie) from gaining the required 50 percent plus 1. With so many candidates no one will be able to reach the mountain top. Thank goodness (says the DNC). The DNC needs as many remaining candidates as possible to make this happen, even if it takes “mysterious” funding to keep some of the candidates afloat to the convention. Brilliant. This way the DNC is assured that it is not the peoples choice, but the bosses choice, as to who the nominee will be.

Patriots are reminded that the 12th Amendment (12A) electoral vote process doesn’t limit elector choices or vote-counting procedures, to the rules of the corrupt, constitutionally undefined political parties.
More specifically, the only limit on the choices that 12A puts on electors is that at least one of the persons that they vote for must not be a resident of the state that they respectively represent.

Also, despite hypocritical Democratic mantra that “all votes count,” state winner-take all laws not only violate 12A imo, that amendment showing that the states surrendered their power to make such laws, but neither have the states gotten the constitutionally required permission of Congress to agree to list the candidates of the political parties on their ballots.
"Article I, Section 10, Clause 3: No State shall, without the Consent of Congress, lay any Duty of Tonnage, keep Troops, or Ships of War in time of Peace, enter into any Agreement or Compact with another State [emphasis added], or with a foreign Power, or engage in War, unless actually invaded, or in such imminent Danger as will not admit of delay."
