Democrats fear rule of law crumbling under Trump

Democrats are issuing dire warnings that the rule of law is under attack by President Trump after the Department of Justice (DOJ) overruled career prosecutors to seek a lighter sentence for longtime Trump aide Roger Stone.

The move incensed Democratic lawmakers and raised new questions about potential White House interference at the agency.

“Left to his own devices, President Trump would turn America into a banana republic, where the dictator can do whatever he wants and the Justice Department is the president’s law firm — not a defender of the rule of law,” Senate Minority Leader Charles Schumer (D-N.Y.) said Wednesday on the Senate floor in response.

In an early Tuesday morning tweet, Trump had expressed outrage over the DOJ’s initial recommendation that Stone serve between seven and nine years in prison. After the department asked the judge to impose a sentence that was "far less," Trump on Wednesday publicly congratulated Attorney General William Barr for “taking charge” of the case.

In apparent protest, the entire four-person prosecutorial team on Stone’s case resigned.

Barr on Thursday denied White House had influenced the DOJ decision, telling ABC News that Trump "has never asked me to do anything in a criminal case,” and in a rare break with the president, adding that he should "stop the tweeting about Department of Justice criminal cases."

George Orwell would be proud of this headline. The truth is that “Democrats” (loyal followers of global socialism and those who have been bribed to sell out America) are afraid the rule of law is being restored under President Trump.

I think that it would be fine if Roger Stone got the 7-9 years.....

If and only if:

Hillary, Bill, Chelsea, Comey, McCabe, Clapper, Rybiki, Brennan, Obama, Holder, Lynch, Lerner, and a litany of other democRATS were facing 20 to life for their lawlessness.

How exactly do the Dems plan to take away our vote? I mean I’ve heard of Dems’ “vote harvesting” but I’ve never heard of a Democratic scheme to stop conservatives from voting.

Projection is the lefts favorite ploy. They project their dishonesty, corruption, racism, loathsomeness, etc. etc.. All part of their mental instability and warped thinking process along with a lack of morals or conscience.
