Democrats fear rule of law crumbling under Trump

Democrats are issuing dire warnings that the rule of law is under attack by President Trump after the Department of Justice (DOJ) overruled career prosecutors to seek a lighter sentence for longtime Trump aide Roger Stone.

The move incensed Democratic lawmakers and raised new questions about potential White House interference at the agency.

“Left to his own devices, President Trump would turn America into a banana republic, where the dictator can do whatever he wants and the Justice Department is the president’s law firm — not a defender of the rule of law,” Senate Minority Leader Charles Schumer (D-N.Y.) said Wednesday on the Senate floor in response.

In an early Tuesday morning tweet, Trump had expressed outrage over the DOJ’s initial recommendation that Stone serve between seven and nine years in prison. After the department asked the judge to impose a sentence that was "far less," Trump on Wednesday publicly congratulated Attorney General William Barr for “taking charge” of the case.

In apparent protest, the entire four-person prosecutorial team on Stone’s case resigned.

Barr on Thursday denied White House had influenced the DOJ decision, telling ABC News that Trump "has never asked me to do anything in a criminal case,” and in a rare break with the president, adding that he should "stop the tweeting about Department of Justice criminal cases."

Right - let’s bring back Comey, Strzok, McCabe, all their cronies - that’s the ticket.

Trump’s own party rejects his important cabinet picks in the Senate. Some dictator.

So, let me get this right. Democrat donors like Soros have been spending tens of million dollars electing leftist DAs across the country so that they won’t prosecute criminals. But the Attorney General overruling prosecutors who work for him because they recommend excessive sentences is “undermining the rule of law.”

Well, let’s look at this from a practical standpoint:

Provide three examples from the last 30 years of a similar case with a similar sentence recommendation for someone with his criminal past. Just three.

Alright, how about two?

Maybe just a single one?

The ‘rule of law’ crumbled under Omuslim ... Trump is trying to pick up the pieces, but it’s a lot to even pick up, much less fix, when “equal justice for all” pieces are splinter-sized shards.

You simply have to learn Newspeak.

"Democrats fear rule of law crumbling under Trump" = "Democrats fear rule of Democrats crumbling under Trump"

EVERY EVERY EVERY time they say "America" or "Patriotism" or "Americans", they ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS mean the DNC, loyalty to the DNC, and Democrat voters.

Once you make this simple translation in your mind, and realize that their entire mental state revolves around us no longer existing (or at least not being outside of camps or cages), then their words actually make sense, and do not point to insanity.

My response on most Social Media posts on this story usually leans towards:

"If 7-9 years is appropriate for lying to investigators, that means that you support a 7-9 year prison sentence for every inner city resident who lies to police or refuses to name folks they know are involved in crimes. Are you SURE you want to make this the precedent for all police and prosecutors nationwide?"

(Of course, they almost never have any responses, other than "that would never happen" or "it would be racist to apply that rule to black people!" Ahem.)

Funny how the RATs sat quietly as Obama weaponized the IRS, refused to prosecute the black panthers for voter intimidation, and allowed Clinton to break dozens of laws that you and I would go to prison if we did the same thing.

It’s not the fear of the Loss of the rule of law these lefties are worried about.

It’s the fear that some of the S.O.B’s will finally be arrested and have to face charges.

I’m looking foreword to that day.
