What they mean by “the rule of law” is the two tiered justice system that allows Democrat bureaucrats to break the law with impunity, but descends like the fist of God on the rest of us
The only thing crumbling, thank G-d, is the dummocraps’ Alternate Universe version of “law”. We are now enjoying the gradual return to actual law and the prosperity which accompanies that.

The only “law” that Democrats want to protect is the specious case law they have built up around court rulings that were originally to be very narrowly applied, but have broadened into verities of political dogma, applied inappropriately and with no regard to conflict with other existing law.
And of course there is the continuing threat to Sharia law.
