Why Elizabeth Warren is cratering?

One big story after the first two Democratic primary elections is the fast fade of former Vice President Joe Biden, who came in fourth in Iowa and a dismal fifth in New Hampshire. But one other prominent candidate is quickly losing altitude as well: Sen. Elizabeth Warren.

Last fall, Warren was more popular than Bernie Sanders and a solid second behind Biden. Her rallies drew thousands and her plans for everything forced competing candidates to plan up. But Warren landed third in Iowa and fourth in New Hampshire, a particularly lousy showing given that she’s from the neighboring state of Massachusetts. Her odds of winning the Democratic nomination are now in the low single digits.

What happened? Three things:

First, Warren backtracked on Medicare for all, the proposed giant health care plan that would eliminate private insurance. As she took a leadership position last fall, critics began to pester Warren to explain how she’d pay for the massively costly program. She finally did explain how—through a new wealth tax on millionaires—but she also low-balled the cost, coming in around $1 trillion less per year than independent estimates. That made it look like Warren was waffling and perhaps mulling other tax hikes, on regular folks, that she wasn’t bothering to mention.

Then, last November, she changed her mind, sort of. Warren announced a new “transition” plan that would start out like the “public option” Joe Biden, Pete Buttigieg and Amy Klobhuchar favor, and become Medicare for all after a couple of years, as everybody saw how great the public option was. This was far too clever, and it made Warren the only Democrat pandering to both the center and the left. She ended up stranded between the two factions on one of the topics that matters most to Democrats.

Because she is bat sh!t crazy who used a fake identity to scam the racist affirmative action system?

If there is such a thing as white privilege, why did Warren pretend to be an Indian for 20+ years?

EW has a voice and speaking cadence more annoying than HRC.

Her gait is Gumby waif like and her posture is not presidential.

Aside from that I can find nothing wrong with her.

Because she is lecturing scold, besides being unable to tell the truth throughout her whole, miserable, fraudulent life.

No-one was ever going to vote for crazy Lizzie. Screeching at voters and a lifetime of lying will not get one far outside of a blue state.

Behind the doors of the DNC, donors are being told she can’t win because of her radical ideas and mostly her fabricated Indian lineage.
She also has little support outside of the NE area and zero support in battleground States.

I don’t think the MSM will have as much luck torpedoing The Bern.

It’s true that she’s a lying dog-faced pony soldier, but I don’t think that’s it. I think telling something akin to the truth in Medicare for All cost. The rat base is used to being fed a steady diet of lies; even those simpletons could not avoid the cost hitting them like a bucket of cold water

Guess that the Yahoo folks know nothing about lack of character, extreme propensity to lie, no measurable talent of any kind, repulsive personality, and the leadership ability of a turnip.

First off she was never even slightly popular. All polls that gave her any popularity were fictional.

Secondly, no one likes a scolding harpy.

Some people have good ideas and some people have bad ideas.

Beyond that, some people can implement their ideas and some people cannot.

Look at Stalin — the man had bad ideas. But he had a certain “technique” for implementing his ideas (he killed people who disagreed with him). The man was effective.

Warren has an awful personality — even if you’re crazy enough to think her ideas are good ideas, it should be quite obvious that she would never be able to implement anything. She’s just awful and obnoxious. Barring an ability to kill anyone disagreed with her, she would be utterly ineffective and unpleasant.

She’s my never-married, middle aged spinster aunt that is mad at the world because she’s lost her looks. And she’s annoying as hell at Christmas and Thanksgiving.

Why is Fauxahontas cratering? Because she is a shrill witch who reminds many males of a very bad date they had with a highly opinionated woman who was determined to be the “most modern Millie” out there, while reminding females of that loudmouth they knew from high school, who inserted herself in every conversation.

“Outspoken” does not work in either libraries or movie theaters.

And the things she speaks out about, do not make an awful lot of sense, when taken as a whole. Like why do we need what she advocates, and how is it supposed to be paid for?

Every time she spoke she was outraged. That wears thin really quick. Like a drama queen ex-wife.
