Fairly certain Rush reads here. Let's send our words of encouragement, prayers, well wishes daily to let him know we are supporting him from afar. He said he feels us with him. Let's let him read it every day!

I think Rush visits here at least occassionally, and some of the insensitive remarks, even by fans, have me annoyed.
Rush is a pillar of strength and wisdom and has been a foundational figure in upholding democratic ideals for the past 30 plus years.
We all can trace back over the decades his support and encouragement during trials and tribulation as conservatism has been ongoingly and unfairly ravaged.
I pray Rush know the power of the Holy Spirit to face this with God’s comfort and presence. I pray for a healing, that You oh Lord would be glorified. And mostly please let Rush know we are all in this together. His listening fans are family and we stand by him with the best of wishes for his well-being spiritually, physically, emotionally and psychologically. WE LOVE YOU RUSH!!!!
There were many dark political days for us in the last three decades. Couldn’t wait until ElRushbo came on to set us straight, clarify, give us hope, love and usually something to laugh about, which is precisely what God has asked of us. Prayers for a great man and American Patriot. Beat this Rush!
After 16 years working a “call list”, I finally had enough seniority to hold runs with breaks in the 12-3pm slot just so I could tune in everyday. He carried me through good times and bad till retiring 18 years later.

Ayn Rand, Buckley and Rush opened many Americans eyes to what conservatism actually is and expanded it. Rush is a pure American hero and has literally kept our country alive. I want him to be alive to see Trump re-elected.
I first heard Rush when I was driving to Telluride Co from Colorado Springs
On Sunday for work....I first thought he was a preacher..but the subject did not fit...He was on a station out of Grand Junction...so I would get bits and pieces...AM radio is not good in the mountains
Finally heard him on a coffee break in my truck at work....
I have old tapes with his parodies....that when the show was the best...
I think he was on 54 stations back then...

When I heard him today, one of my first thoughts was how many people he will have praying for him!
Someone posts Rush’s daily show on youtube. He’s on camera, so you can see the energy he puts into the show.
Apparently they are zapped after a day or so.

Not sure how prevalent it is across the nation.
Years ago I was given a script for it for back pain. This is before the big thing about opiods. Found it years later unused. Glad I didn’t take the chance on it.
I think it is very hard to get a script these days for pain meds. They tell you to take OTC.

You may have already heard that he is is ill.
If you have always wished you had a gig like his… here is something that may be of interest to you: He is looking for his own replacement!
Although he plans to continue working, he would like to find a suitable replacement. A creative solution would be to find someone with whom he could co-host for a period of time, build an audience with them, and then eventually have them take over when he is ready to leave.
He already has a lot on his plate dealing with his health. Why make the effort to find his own replacement?
He hopes that this “partnership” would not just continue his legacy, but also financially benefit his family over the long run.
It sounds like the partner/replacement would be providing some sort of stream of income to his family.
So, if you have always wanted to host a show like his, this may be your big chance!
