In the wake of the Virginia gun rights rally on Monday, Democrats in the Capitol are not slowing down their push for tyranny. They are moving a bill through the legislature that would effectively criminalize dissent against Governor Blackface Northam and other state government officials.
House Bill 1627 was introduced by Delegate Jeffrey M. Bourne last week. The legislation “provides that certain crimes relating to threats and harassment may be prosecuted in the City of Richmond if the victim is the Governor, Governor-elect, Lieutenant Governor, Lieutenant Governor-elect, Attorney General, or Attorney General-elect, a member or employee of the General Assembly, a justice of the Supreme Court of Virginia, or a judge of the Court of Appeals of Virginia.”
Language in the bill explicitly criminalizes free speech, in what would constitute a blatant attack on the 1st Amendment of the Constitution.

There is an old movie you may not have watched for a long time. I recommend watching it again because this time it’s like an entirely different movie. You get to root for the helicopters now. It stars the guy from Odd Couple who goes to CHile to find his son.

Communism is now a form of fascism. Both work with the means of production, both are philosophically about ruling through force and intimidation, both are oligarchs,
the essentially are the same, in the end. And calling a communist a fascist, is not only true, but it riles them.

Trump has (at most) 5 more years as President. Even he seems only to have been able to slow the pace of tyranny, and the guilty walk the streets free even today.

I’m trying to understand the phrase “prosecuted in the city of Richmond”. Does it mean that if I’m in Richmond proper I could get imprisoned for saying not so nice things on computer networks about our state officials or am I trouble if I say these things anywhere else in the state(and or then being transported to said Richmond for said trial if I say these things in Chesterfield)?
