The Democrats must know that Trump is going to walk away with this election... so they need another fake narrative that they can play over and over right up till voters go to the polls. They would also love a reason to do another round of mass deplatformings. The last time they did this it was after an event in Charlottesville, Virginia. This latest pro 2A Virginia thing scheduled for Jan 20 is shaping up to be used to create another false event to give them the reasons they need to do it all over again.

I believe one of the reasons Governor Ralph Northam (blackface scandal) and Lt. Governor, Justin Fairfax, (sexual assault allegations) remained in office, even though there was solid evidence that would have brought down any other politicians, was because they were players the Left wanted in place to carry this phony baloney 2A set up off. Without them, the Left would have had to start over looking for the right actors to play the roles needed in this gun-grab scenario.
All that was needed after that was for Soros and Bloomberg money to pour into the state, along with some customary voter fraud, to flip Virginia from the red column to the blue column in the last election.
Now the Left has the players and the politics in place to carry out their gun-grab circus. First announce right away that they are going after the law-abiding citizens guns and jail them if necessary to confiscate their guns.
Next, go over the top in announcing the rules of engagement for the Lobby Day rally in Richmond. Federal surveillance, emergency orders of no guns allowed, make it an ambush or trap the 2A Right can't resist. This it to make the gun owners look to be the bad guys, not the law-abiding voters of the state.
All of this to justify their tyrannical plans to control the Virginia population by taking their guns away from them, the long sought wet dream of the Left.
This is all out of the democRAT playbook and is meant to be a test case for doing this in other states around the country. Like I said, this has been in the planning stages for years and now they're ready to spring the plan into action.

We have been naive and unprepared
I live in Va and will be at the rally tomorrow. I tweeted this about an hour ago in relation to all the hype about bloodshed.
I discovered that I follow a dozen or so fair-weather patriots.... W/ all their Oh Noes, oh noes, stay home, 6 buses of antifa. It’s a trap. Oh noes Stay away, stay away. Maga impostors, stay home, be afraid. Run for your lives. Oh noes, oh noes....Good grief

Another thing. Switch the protest to outside the official protest area. Meet and greet business owners and each other. Let the antifa fakers be inside and under scrutiny.
Great. I’m staying overnight at a hotel by the diamond. Nearly all the roads will be closed in the area. I’m bring my bike so I don’t have to depend on shuttles. VCLD is bringing 130+ buses and parking at the diamond parking lot and is meeting at 8 AM on Bank st. I will likely be there at 7 AM. I spoke with police yesterday at the venue. They expect 50,000+. Anyone outside the capital square can legally carry but no clubs, helmets or masks will be allowed anywhere in the downtown area.
