Speaking at a Manhattan fundraiser, then-Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton boiled down the 2016 presidential election into a simple scenario. On one side, you had the Trump supporters, the “basket of deplorables,” the “racist, sexist, homophobic, xenophobic, Islamaphobic - you name it.” And on the other, you had the normal voters: the Democrats.
This moment became one of the election’s watersheds. And it inspired a new fervor among President Trump’s base because it confirmed what many voters had long suspected: establishment politicians are elitist, out-of-touch, and negligent.
It seems Virginia Democrats didn’t learn from Clinton’s 2016 mistake. The state is currently embroiled in a contentious debate about gun control and whether Richmond has the right to limit the rights of gun owners in the rest of the state. At a public meeting in Fairfax County this weekend, one Democratic state senator stood up and declared that Second Amendment supporters are “little kids” who ought to be ignored.
Sen. Dave Marsden then sent a follow-up letter to his constituents and said “too many” Second Amendment supporters in the state “appear to have mental health issues.”

Virginia has no provision for recall. They’d have to impeach the totalitarian thug, but now that VA has an illegitimate minority party majority that was stolen for them by corrupt Demonrat tyrants in black robes in 2019, there’s no way they’d do that, since they themselves should be removed as violently as possible from office.
Let’s hope that, in fact, they learned nothing.
My guess is the blue donkeys think they have the votes.
Look at California if you want to see the hell on earth that can be created by a super majority of democrats in charge of the legislator and the governor’s office.

40 yrs ago I was in SF, then drove down the Pacific Coast Hwy to LA. It was nice back then, but now nobody could pay me to go anywhere near those hellholes.
I drove that route as far as Monterey, back in the mid-1990s. It was so beautiful.
Counties contiguous to West Virginia should apply for admission to that state. Then as counties leave VA for WVA, more counties next to them could apply.
We have two or three populous counties in Northern Virginia full of gang bangers, MS-13, illegal aliens, and yankees. We call it "occupied territory". Think California vs the rest of the USA. But the rest of Virginia is normal.
THIS IS WHY IT IS IMPORTANT TO PROTECT THE ELECTORAL COLLEGE!
Look at this map and see the analogy. 95% of our Virginia counties are 2nd Amendment sanctuaries. And our sheriffs, God bless them, have vowed to protect us from the state and the feds.

Several South West Virginia counties are adjacent to conservative East Tennessee and have jobs and strong commercial ties. The ties are much stronger than to West Virginia
East Tennessee is southern. West Virginia is yankee
