Mollie Hemingway .. that FBI Director Christopher Wray's demeanor creates a perception that he's not serious about fixing the bureau's issues following this Department of Justice watchdog report critical of the agency.

"I think Christopher Wray's problem is he doesn't seem like he is that upset about what happened," Hemingway said .. I think people are looking for someone who is extremely serious about this, who understands the significance, who takes it like the serious thing it is."

...

"I don't know what report current Director of the FBI Christopher Wray was reading, but it sure wasn't the one given to me," Trump tweeted last week following the report's release. "With that kind of attitude, he will never be able to fix the FBI, which is badly broken despite having some of the greatest men & women working there!"

Hemingway also reacted to a New York Times report that Connecticut U.S. Attorney John Durham is seeking the emails and call logs of former CIA director John Brennan as part of Durham's probe into the origins of the Russia investigation.

"This is really interesting and it shows why the inspector general report, which is about a fairly limited thing, just FISA abuse... that report was is very different from what Durham is doing

Wray is Deep State. He is a swamp rat. All he cares about is his pension and keeping whatever modicum of power he has running FBI. He may even be a nice guy, but he is not on our side in the least. He is FBI first and foremost. He believs his job it to protect the FBI against all enenies foreign and domestic. The President is a domestic enemy of the FBI.

President Trump needs to fire Wray immediately after being inaugurated into his second term, and install someone who is loyal to him, not to the FBI or the Deep State.

Fire Wray and replace him with Mark Meadows.

A note to President Trump, if you want to drain the swamp, the solution is simple.

Fire the top 50% of civilian employees in every federal agency without retirement without exceptions. Then refuse to allow the remaining employees to work long enough to retire.

problem solved

All these as actors are now gone. Not much Wray can do but move forward.

Definitely in on it. Enthusiastic supporter of all actions taken.

But.................it all happened under Comey’s watch and he can point all his fingers at him. Then defer everything else to Mueller, Rosenstein, and the DOJ.

Although, we all know he’s as dirty as the day is long, his hands are clean.

Firing should be the least of Wray’s worries. Prison or the gallows is where all the Deep Swamp State Rats ought to be . I won’t hold my breath . Trust Lucy Van Pelt to pull away the football when it comes to holding any of these bustards accountable

What would being upset prove? He wasn’t in charge then. He knew about this mess by the time he came in. Everybody knew what the report would say. Is he supposed to be throwing things at the wall because the mess he knew he was inheriting actually was a mess? Are we expecting some sort of losing coach meltdown? None of that is going to fix anything.

Wray has supported the Coup members the entire time.

He wants the Power squarely in the FBi, and to weaken Presidency.

Great backstory on the Richard Jewell case- the FBI agent who has been determined as the leak that Jewell was a suspect, and interrogated him, trying to trap him into a confession by telling Jewell they were just making a training tape, was furious when the FBI director told the agent (Don Johnson,) to read Jewell his rights.

Jewell got hinky at that point at called his lawyer, who shut the interview down. They literally had prepared a holding cell for Jewell because they figured he’d entrap himself.

Anyway this dirty agent was suspended for his screw up on the case.

When he returned to work after the suspension, 100 agents lined the halls to give him an ovation.

The “good” agents in the FBI? They seem to be a small group. This us the massive corruption Wray is protecting.

Wray is a worthless gop establishment hack. Another horrible personnel decision. This dirtbag should have been fired years ago when it became clear to everyone that he wasn’t going to reform anything.

The fbi should be totally disbanded and started over.

He should act like Bill Barr did when Epstein didn’t kill himself. Get all huffy and puffy and say he demands answers and then let it quietly get swept under the rug later.
