U.S. attorney John Durham issues a response to the DOJ IG report, saying his office does "not agree with some of the reports conclusions as to predication and how the FBI case was opened.
Is it really political bias or swamp, deep state, economic and ethnic bias? Political representation in a democracy should mean power to the masses, not the minority.
Forget it, he’s rolling.
And crime me a river actually fits.
By contrast, the House Dems have gotten weeks of favorable play out of PDJT's underlings' representations of "disagreements" with PDJT's "alternate channel" foreign policy, as if the underlings were in charge of the "official" policies and "talking points that the President was supposed to use [for the Zelenskiy phone call]."
Sure, we see through that, but the LIV's sucking from the MSM don't see it. Those LIV's will likely be on the wrong side of any violence.
The Dems' portrayal goes unchallenged (except to a lesser extent by Fox News) in the media.
OTOH, you and I would probably agree that Wray should have known to be far far more circumspect and refrained from a blatant attempt at covering for his DS handlers, his complicit underlings, and himself.
Wray and Horowitz were probably knowingly given sufficient figurative rope to seal the deal on their own career suicides.
I would encourage the IG to take a look at Mr. Durhams statement. Jim Baker, Former FBI General Counsel on CNN

grand juries and trials must take place where crime occured with a few exceptions...
wray issued a pathetic statement
Too many times DAs and special law enforcement insiders determine indictment instead of grand juries of citizens, Protect the DOJ and FBI is primary here instead of exposing bad.
We are in agreement of the general premise. However, Downer didn’t actually need Papadopoulos to tell him anything specific. He just needed to meet him in a public place. Downer could then report anything he wanted to get on the record.
I can’t think of any particular reason why Downer would want to meet with GP. GP knew nothing first hand. Even Downer would have known that GP had no first hand information and would have known the information was worthless from a legal standpoint. The entire thing was contrived to give appearances, deniability, and to create a paper trail.
Durham gave him a month’s worth of rope.
sadly, I know where you’re coming from.....
Hmm, yet another suggestion of Bolshevik influence? Slowly, but surely, people are starting to see a pattern.
More detailed news here, but it got moved into blogs because it’s from Gateway Pundit

Man Horowitz didnt even interview Simpson
Cause anyone outside DOJ doesnt have to

my understanding is that Durham was responding to a fake news report in the WaPo that indicated that he agreed with Horowitz.
Durham has obviously made it a point to disabuse them of that notion
:) Yeah, you’re right. I think I’ll cut him some slack.
True. CNN may be mistaking it for the impeachment "process" in which "we can come back and impeach Trump again and again based on new crimes." That way the Dems can tie America up in knots for months and months.
I wonder if maybe 10% of the dimwitted American anti-Trump people will vaguely feel uncomfortable that the Dems are bullying and persecuting someone? Maybe not.
I ran into a person I have known for years about 2 months ago. How shall I say this, they work in the same area, maybe my acquaintance is more boots on the ground shall we say.
However our discussion was all over the politcal spectrum. But we got onto FISA etc, So I asked him, do you know John Durham? His face said it all, a small genuine smile and said: Yes weve done some work together. I smiled and noted I am sure I wont know what it was, and asked is his persona of being quite but hard working the real deal? Oh ya and do you like him, unequivocal Yes, nice guy.
I know this is anecdotal but FWIW, I am quitely reassured, I trust this guy to kick ass because it is the right thing to do.
Exactly we no longer have a say. Your vote has been rendered utterly useless by bureaucrats. They are preparing the battlefield to attack at their choosing. The Republican Party worshippers who think their beloved Party will save them are in for a rude awakening.
