MEMPHIS, Tenn. — A 23-year-old Memphis man has been sentenced to 40 years in prison for hitting an 11-year-old girl with his vehicle, then raping her. But the girl's family is not at all satisfied with the sentence.

I don't know where you get your information. I got mine from a former gang member and a black inmate, both became Christians in the Virginia penal system. Once your rap sheet is known, this man is in for a VERY hard time.
