Napolitano Goes Full Schiff
American Thinker ^ | November 25, 2019 | Daniel John Sobieski

The descent of Fox News legal analyst Judge Andrew Napolitano into foolishness continues with a series of TV appearances in which the former New York Superior Court judge adopts the Adam Schiff interpretation of the Constitution where you are not allowed to confront your accuser, where being a fact witness does not require you to recuse yourself from running a kangaroo court impeachment inquiry, and where hearsay and presumption determine you are guilty until proven innocent.

In the face of public hearings in which Schiff unloaded his clown car of hearsay witnesses who made every presumption about President Trump except for the presumption of innocence, Napolitano warmly embraced Schiff’s fables, telling Reason’s Nick Gillespie that there is more than enough, and he uses the word very loosely, "evidence" to justify three or four articles of impeachment against President Trump:

In an interview with Reason’s Nick Gillespie on Friday, Fox News analyst Andrew Napolitano said there was “overwhelming” evidence of impeachable actions by President Donald Trump.

Napolitano said, “The Democrats on the House Intelligence Committee have unearthed enough evidence, in my opinion, to justify about three or four articles of impeachment against the president. We have to start this conversation by underscoring the fact that impeachment is not legal, it is political. Its only Constitutional base is treason, bribery, or other hard crimes and misdemeanors.”

He continued, “Here’s what I think the Democrats will want, Nick. Here’s what I think they will advance. One is bribery. The technical definition of bribery is the failure to perform an official duty until a thing of value comes your way, and they will argue that the president’s failure to disperse [sic] funds that the Congress ordered be dispersed [sic] until the recipient of the funds agreed to investigate a potential political opponent is an...

Was Nap ever connected to Jeff Epstein?

He’s acting like he was.

Nappy’s leftward turn in particularly egregious because he spent the last couple decades arguing AGAINST prosecutorial overreach.
Now - just because it’s Trump - he has gone 180 degrees in the opposite direction and now favors Stalinist-style prosecutorial tactics.
He has beclowned himself.

Adam Schitt paraded a bunch of witnesses in front of his committee on national television, and every one of them admitted under cross-examination that they had absolutely NO evidence of any bribery or other misconduct by ANYONE in the Trump administration.

And yet this dope Napolitano insists that the President of the United States has committed one or more crimes -- on the basis of statements from "witnesses" whose second-hand, third-hand, and fourth-hand knowledge of material facts is so flawed that they wouldn't even be allowed to testify in his former courtroom in a motor vehicle violation case.

Fox News destroys its credibility when it allows fouled-up hacks like this to masquerade as experts on its network.

One can only come to the conclusion that people are corrupt when clearly ambiguous situations are always interpreted as an impeachable offense. It’s ridiculous.

The Rats are calling up all assets.

Look at the sudden activation here of new operatives last week with the same knee-jerk defenses of CFA with mild to serious condescension to anyone allegedly upset over “just a chicken sandwich”.

Their “patriots” stand ready against America, some willing, some newly activated.

And they have less than a year until their next humiliating loss.

“Fox News is putting a so-called “legal analyst” on when he is, in fact, nothing more than a propagandist. He belongs on the gong show.”

Or Munster reunions. Eddie Napolitano.

I found his analysis interesting until he got suspended. Since that he has become consistently and predictably anti Trump. It shows me the utter weakness of his constitution. Very easily corrupted

This is more than butt-hurt over getting turned down for an administration job or judicial appointment.

This is a “follow the money” or a “follow the epstein” moment.

The money issue is easy: Nap is making himself welcome with the libs at fox and elsewhere.

The epstein issue would have to be unearthed. I’ve never heard his name associated with it.

You make valid points and it’s evident he has a strong hatred of President Trump.

Lt. Dan (Gary Sinise) was an early sellout to the never Trump Hussein Heads:

Although a staunch supporter of the Republican Party, Sinise refused to vote or show support for Donald Trump in the 2016 presidential election. After Trump questioned McCain’s status as a hero because he was captured as a prisoner of war, Sinise rebuked Trump.

You're absolutely right, this is what we expect from the likes of CNN and MSNBC.

That’s exactly correct. He’s now got a grudge against Trump for passing him over.

I don’t think that is it, though it seems a popular theory around here.

My opinion is it stems from his reeducation camp seminar that FOX sent him to, after he defended Trump on a previous fake news scandal shortly after election. Unfortunately I can’t remember the topic of the incident. But, it was after Napolitano’s return from hiatus when there was a noticeable change in his support for Trump.
