House Intel Chair Adam Schiff appears to be threatening Ukraine over its ongoing corruption probe of the Biden family. During the impeachment hearings on Tuesday, Schiff claimed Ukraine’s investigations into the Bidens could influence U.S. politics.
He suggested Ukraine should leave the Bidens alone.
“The real message to Ukraine — our U.S. policy message is: don’t engage in political investigations,” stated Schiff.
Republican lawmakers have suggested Democrats, rather than President Trump, have tried to pressure the foreign government.
“If the Democrats and the media are suddenly so deeply concerned about bribery, you would think they would take some interest in Burisma paying Hunter Biden $83,000 a month,” said Representative Devin Nunes. “And you think they would be interested in Joe Biden threatening to withhold U.S. loan guarantees unless the Ukrainians fired a prosecutor who is investigating Burisma — that would be a textbook example of bribery.”
Shiffforbrains: “Nice country you got there, Ukraine. Hope nothing happens to make you regret what you’re doing.”
The United States President is the symbol of and represents the United States Government.

I am so old that I remember when investigating foreign interference in the 2016 election was important, as was investigating corruption in the executive branch.

Agreed, but I think Schifftzhead has a lot of filtering ahead of what he hears. Regardless we need to keep all the heat on that we can. He’s losing and I doubt it’ll get better. If they vote to impeach on party lines, it won’t be good for Nasty and the Dems. There’s a toilet flushing, the Dems don’t hear it yet. If we Trumpers hold the line they’re screwed.

After this coup #2 fails and Trump wins by a landslide, I’m hoping the Rat party turns on Pencilneck and Pelosi. There’s a lot of blood thirsty lunatics out there salivating over Trump being impeached such as that absolute psychopath Rob Reiner (check out his Tweets) and when this coup fails and Trump is reelected, I’m hoping people like Reiner, DeNiro etc are going to freak and take out their rage on Pencilneck and Pelosi
Schiff has once again ‘parodied’ and spun recent testimony from the latest hearings into a binge worthy black comedy portraying this ‘most scandalous event in American history’ as a prelude to impeaching the president on the flimsiest of hearsay evidence. I’m glad Nunes, Jordan and the Republicans are hanging in there. It helps highlight to the people the course this charade will take and how unjust this ‘trial’ is to the President and to our country. The Dems WILL impeach the POTUS to scar his legacy but in doing so they have sealed their own fate to become an irrelevant and impotent political party for years to come. Trump WILL win reelection by a landslide now. The people will vindicate Trump over the coming years and in history, his legacy will be monumental in patriotic scope compared to the pitifully inadequate legacy left by the Obama administration. Obama’s presidential library in Chicago will be a spectical of shame
