I wouldn’t wear it either, because it’s an adulteration of the poppy and I don’t support the LGBT causes. However, the article gives 2 different reasons why she was suspended. SO was she really suspened for refusing to wear it? Or was she suspended for putting up the posters?

SO was she really suspended for refusing to wear it? Or was she suspended for putting up the posters? The short answer is yes. My guess is that the former reason is the REAL reason she was suspended. The latter reason was for "PC public" consumption. In either case, the 1st Amendment to the US Constitution was clearly violated here. Don't know if the same protections apply, however.

2019 is the centennial anniversary of the end of WWI. Poppies should be worn both on armistice day and this weekend for Veterans Day.
