WHISKEY TANGO FOXTROT – Prosecutor Brandon Van Grack sends a letter to Flynn’s defense team today containing a stunning, almost impossible to comprehend, admission of a mistake central to the claims of the prosecution. In March 2018 the FBI presented notes taken by agents Pientka and Strzok, now they say they made a ‘mistake’.
For almost two years the DOJ misidentified, misattributed, and never corrected that the authors of the Flynn interview notes were actually reversed.

The probable reason they are coming clean is because the original notes are going to come out and the hand writing used in each is pretty hard to cover up.
Monumental stupidity and incompetence no matter what the reason, even if done with malicious intent.
For what these people have done to this country they deserve to hang. Literally
That’s not an admission....that’s the way out for the FBI/DOJ to walk away from the case. Unless Sullivan compels them, which I doubt he’ll do, the case will/should be tossed and DOJ will decline to re-try General Flynn. Then all the dirty crap they did will be kept under wraps until Fitton and the rest of Judicial Watch gets them. By then it’s too late.
His attorney said in a brief his previous law firm should have recused when the government wanted to charge Flynn with FARA violations unless he pleaded guilty to false statements. What ever happens to him, he might have a pretty good chance of getting his money back from the first law firm..
If what is being alleged is true, which I think it is, this is about more than dismissing a case with prejudice and expunging his record.
This is about the FBI/DOJ being able to hide their criminal behavior by admitting they screwed up by getting their paperwork messed up and the case will be tossed on procedural errors rather than a full acquittal.

I’m no expert, but I wouldn’t read anything at all into the department of Justice calling this a mistake. I believe that would be just them simply saying it’s incorrect. I think at this point they’re just describing the fact, not ascribing motives or any lack of motives.
This whole thing is just like what they did to Senator Stevens of Alaska.

And why does switching them now take away issues with the 302

I hope Flynn has been in on this all along for a different reason. If he hasn’t been, then he really comes across as a moron in this case.
