If what is being alleged is true, which I think it is, this is about more than dismissing a case with prejudice and expunging his record.
This is about the FBI/DOJ being able to hide their criminal behavior by admitting they screwed up by getting their paperwork messed up and the case will be tossed on procedural errors rather than a full acquittal.
This whole thing is just like what they did to Senator Stevens of Alaska.
I don’t understand why they had them switched to start with? What does that do for the prosecution?
And why does switching them now take away issues with the 302
