When I am 25, I would like to live in an apartment in a city, own a pet beagle and spend copious amounts of time in coffee shops and used book stores. By this time, I’d also like to be closer to my dream of running for public office. But, most importantly, by the time I’m 25, I hope that the climate crisis hasn’t killed me.

When I read the intro here I said this is a good satire. Then I read the article itself...Unbelievable.
Yeah, count me out, too. I’ll be at work, trying to get to the next paycheck, so I can keep paying taxes and buying stuff to keep the economy going. I have never in my life sat in a coffee shop using wi-fi, and cannot imagine that being the goal in life for a 13 year old.

If this generation of brainwashed children takes over the USA, we will cease to exist. If these spoiled children think the rest of us will turn our country into Venezuela for their wet dream of “saving the earth,” they will be in for a rude awakening.
