Think Boris and the Queen were going to close down Parliament until October 17th, for the first time in 400 years, to get no deal Brexit through, and certain members of Parliament didn’t like their importance being challenged here.

The United kingdom is not a nation. It is a union of nations: England, Wales, Scotland and northern Ireland.

Referenda have no role to play in the British system. They were, until recently viewed as something only fascist states would do.

That’s why the 2026 referendum was explicitly an advisory one, non binding. 37% of the electorate voted for a kind of leave. The majority of those voting leave did not want a no deal Brexit

You keep saying voice of the people. Onky 37% of the electorate voted for leave, and out of those the majority did not want or expect mo del Brexit. Even today the percentage supporting no deal is at most 30% of the electorate. Those supporting no Brexit aren’t a majority either.

The voice of the people is do and don’t ie confused,

The UK voted to leave the efta, a free trade area and join a union that explicitly said it was aiming for ever closer political union. They knew it when they joined

They won’t be admitted back in soon.

Also note that the UK now has a significant number of oot outs from the eu rules
1. They are the only country to get a rebate from the amount they contribute to the budget
2. They have a permanent oot out from the schengen
3. They have a permanent opt out from the euro

On reapplying they would not get those opt outs

The spiritual back of the EU is the extermination of Jews and the destruction of Israel. Britain will now decide if they join the Reich.

Boris needs to arrange a Tory merger with the Brexit Party in preparation for the upcoming snap election. It’s the only way to ensure a Tory majority.

That is excellent advice or the Brexit vote will be split and those would kill Britain and make what is left a vassal state will win.

"Two years since voters in England voted for Brexit, and since then the ruling class has delayed and fought implementation at every step." "The ruling class does what they damn well please."

Sounds pretty much like our own country... :(

SMH

The hell that the young girls will go through if they don’t wake up.

Why we (we’re not out of the woods yet) western nations are intent on mass suicide I have no idea.

That whole infantile college screed of “white privilege” has beeen sucked up through a super sized straw by idiotic young white yoots and is killing us.

“You keep saying voice of the people. Onky 37% of the electorate voted for leave”

************

That’s conveniently misleading. 37% is the number of leave votes relative to the total number of registered voters.

The facts are that leave won by 52% to 48% based on turnout, which was very high at 72%.

Boris is sharpening his cutlass right now. Expect to see him swinging said cutlass. Heads will roll.

I have never suggested that the United Kingdom was anything other than a political union of the people of the four nations (plural), involved.

The thing I’m not totally clear on is did the PEOPLE of those nations know that when they signed on or was it concealed from them? It is my understanding that the EU was not sold as a federal union. I’ve heard explicit denials that they want to be a superstate from EU officials.

One wonders if the people would have been so willing to join such a thing if they had known their nations were being absorbed into a federal union.

You said The breed do not respect the very concept of a nation. Borders are one of many concepts being deliberately ignored

Unless you mean that there should be monitored borders between Wales and England and between Scotland and England and between Northern Ireland and the other three?
