Vermont Sen. Bernie Sanders told a group of people Saturday that if elected president in 2020, he will “go to war” with white nationalism and racism. Sanders said he would use every tool at his disposal, including executive orders.
Speaking to a crowd of mostly African Americans at the Young Leaders Conference in Atlanta, Georgia, Sanders described his family background as being Jewish and from Poland.
“My father’s whole family was wiped out by Hitler and his white nationalism,” said Sanders, who is one of many Democratic presidential hopefuls in 2020. “Too many people have fought over the years, too many people have died against racism to let it resurface and flourish in America.”

1) This is an absurd straw man for the Dems to focus on. It reminds me of the war against Emmanuel Goldstein in 1984. It’s useful propaganda.
2) Hitler was absolutely not a white nationalist. Most of the people he killed were white people. He thought Germanic peoples were superior and European Jews and Slavs were sub-human. He also thought American whites were inferior because he saw them as mongrels who didn’t have a pure heritage from a single European group.
3) Considering Bernie is obviously white, this distortion of history is especially ridiculous. White privilege is so strong in the is country that 3 Dem candidates (Bernie, Beto, and Warren) are all trying to pretend that they are not white...
I really don’t think “half the country” is buying this sudden plunge into complete crap. The “traditionalist” Democrats I know certainly aren’t “identifying” with Tlaib and AOC and that gang.
A whole lot of Democrats just vote Democrat because their parents and grandparents voted Democrat. This embrace of radical socialism has to be giving them pause.
Just what is this “white nationalism”? I find it hard to even get a good definition, let alone any kind of agenda or platform on which to base this sort of separatism.
ANYBODY can become an American. This is not a race, or an ideology, or even any kind of territorial claim. “American” is a state of mind, and its precepts are actually pretty simple, summed up in that list of rights endowed upon mankind by the Creator, particularly and specifically, the rights to Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness.
Just to Life, the right to enjoyment of the abundance of the earth, there is the exquisite joy of even living. A gift beyond measure, and there are those who will not enjoy that gift, nor do they want others to enjoy the benefits life entails.
Then there is Liberty, a definition of freedom of action and thought not plastered over by artificial limitations and prohibited acts, totally denying the capability of self-determination. There are some acts and declarations that are openly hurtful to others, which is the reason for the corollary statement of “Do unto others, as ye would have them do unto you”.
In other worlds, get into the game with a sense of fairness prevailing. That does not mean “Don’t win”, but it DOES mean, be a graceful winner. And try to be equally graceful as you lose on the merits, but not if underhanded tactics were used.
The term, Pursuit of Happiness, is code word for the possession of property and the rights to quiet enjoyment of that property. It may be real estate, it may be a store of wealth, it may be things of a personal nature, or for the tools of commerce, which may be freely bought, sold, and used in a lawful manner that does not impact others in a detrimental way.
Why do all the Dem candidates sound like the Chinese Communist Party ?

The Dems have been working overtime to associate normal love-of-country nationalism that is very popular world-wide with the very small-scale movement for white people to have their own whites-only homeland somewhere in North America. It’s absurd to conflate the two, but they do it over and over. One might call it playing the demagogue.

White Nationalism seems like something that should happen now given all the minority groups that have their own promotional agenda that excludes whites.
Why is it the white people, especially poor white people can not have a club or other type of organization - possibly non-profit that promotes nationalism and white people in general - again especially poor white people who are being and have been pushed out of thousands of job opportunities by legal and illegal immigration?
I recall back in the day - about 1975, that my employer announced special programs for all minorities - eliminating promotion opportunities for especially white males, period. White people need to stand up and to counted.
