If global warming is real, then it’s a great investment, since the ice cap will shrink and provide easy access to more minerals. It might even get “green” again, like it was back in the Medieval warming period when it got named “Greenland”.

Now I see it says you can’t buy land in Greenland. I guess it’s similar to Hawaii in that respect.
The mess created by environmentalist’s heads exploding will take months to clean up.
