Guards at the New York City jail where millionaire investor Jeffrey Epstein was found dead Saturday did not conduct required checks on prisoners the previous night, according to a report. Epstein died of a suspected suicide after being found unresponsive in his Manhattan Correctional Center cell where he was being held on sex trafficking charges. At approximately 6:30 a.m., Epstein was “found unresponsive in his cell in the Special Housing Unit from an apparent suicide,” the Federal Bureau of Prisons said in a news release.
Staff conducted life-saving measures and Epstein was transported by ambulance to a hospital where he was pronounced dead, according to the Federal Bureau of Prisons. Around 7:30 a.m., a gurney carrying a man who looked like Epstein was wheeled out of the jail and taken to NewYork-Presbyterian Lower Manhattan Hospital, the New York Post reported.
Epstein hanged himself while in solitary confinement. Three law enforcement sources confirmed the suicide to ABC News. NBC reported he was not on suicide watch.
“At the MCC, two jail guards are required to make separate checks on all prisoners every 30 minutes, but that procedure was not followed overnight, according to the source. In addition, every 15 minutes guards are required to make another check on prisoners who are on suicide watch,” Reuters reports.
In July, Epstein was found nearly unconscious in his cell with injuries to his neck and was placed on suicide watch.
Attorney General William Barr has directed the FBI and Department of Justice inspector general to launch a full investigation into Epstein’s death.

The FBI and DOJ are clearly unwilling to investigate themselves. All they do is whitewash and cover up their mistakes and malfeasance. Nothing will change until some “honest broker” can be found to do a thorough investigation of the conduct of these agencies. We may need to set up an independent body to oversee them since congress won’t do it.
And wait for the “guilt of what they have done” sets in and they are found dead from self-inflicted wounds as well. Payoffs only last as long as the money lasts, there is a higher bidder or they are threatened with legal action.

On rare occasion states have invited independent people from outside the state. That’s how you know met they want the truth or want apolitical result.

During the interlude Epstein was spirited away and a dead body double substituted - the real Epstein is too valuable to kill and too valuable to leave alive. Wherever he is he will never be seen again. The truth will never surface.

Are we going to see his body? Probably not or a fake. Either that or Epstein’s “last testament” will specify cremation and it will be honored out of respect, but the autopsy will have been written ahead of time a la Comey.
Will there be an independent autopsy? Perish the thought. Only approved federal governmental operatives and sources are permitted.
Will there be the release of an information cache that would’ve occurred in most cases upon the death of a wealthy high profile individual with a lot of dirt on elites? No, only government/ media dis-info is allowed.
Could Epstein have made a deal with the Clintons to fake the death and live in obscurity as long as the info is spiked? No. Impossible. Conspiracy theory and thought crime.
Pictures of his ear lobe taken from the death guerney compared to earlier pics seem to be different.
